I was excited to receive this order. It came within the time I expected it (11 days) however, on opening the first package disappointment set in. The wig was nothing like the pic advertised. It was bright pink, flat and shed like crazy. Was very disappointed.

I must be generally satisfied with Light In The Box because I can't quit shopping with them. Some of the items I receive not so happy with, then others I am really happy. So it equals out pretty well. I think everyone should give it a try.

Very pleased with the majority of the clothes and products I have ordered. Their customer service definitely needs improvement! They need to fully read my questions and answer ALL of the questions I ask without having to ask a 2nd or 3rd time. They need to respond with answers rather than a general script! They need to respond much faster as sometimes a question is related to an order I want to place before the Flash sales expire and I miss out because they took too long to respond. They REALLY SHOULD HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE NUMBER TO GET IMMEDIATE ANSWERS TO CUSTOMER QUESTIONS!
Their size charts are often incorrect. The same top might be in two different listings, and show different size charts, so I never know which size chart to use to decide what size to order. They should show pictures of the front AND back of their shirts as some have designs on the back of the shirt and some don't.
The customer service supervisors are much better than the regular customer service representatives, especially May. She is great!

Please be aware that you cannot return clothes! I am stuck with two outfits that are cheaply made for $260! Not a custom order!

No matter how big or small the purchases are, light in the box really reassures you as a customer and that is plain and simple being trustworthy. The items are in good conditions and packaging good. The waiting, delivery and receiving is silky as smooth. Have to keep coming back for more

The product purchased was perfect. Every shirt was nice and stylish. The material is fine quality and build to last. The shirts are a nice fit for any occasion. One of the shirt color was not reflected correctly in the picture as it appeared black but was actually gray. Anyhow still nice.

My first two orderes wer just fine, the third two products came over sized, but the last one the watch doesn't work and there is no way to get service, replacment or refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS! Immediately upon receiving this item, ordered in 2 sizes larger as instructed in garment page and finding it so tight I could hardly get it on and which could not even be buttoned having a 2-inch gap, I initiated a refund, It's been one month now, and instead of being "contacted within one business day' by a customer service rep, several days would go by with no response whatsoever and me having to send yet another inquiry. Those responses I finally did get, I followed their instructions to provide further "proof" that the item did not fit only to be given a further run around even after photographs were sent, no telling me to send them my measurements by using a tape measure which I do not own and refuse to purchase simply on their idiotic behalf. NEVER have I dealt with such a shoddy business with such sub par merchandise and business methods. STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!

I was contacted by their customer service team and was offered 60% off next purchase or 40% off my order. I asked if they could send me another and I would return garment that smells of cat piss once received. They said I have to return first and pay for postage to Asia and it can take 4wks for them to get them they will ship exchange which takes 2-4 weeks to receive, my daughter's prom is in May which I advised them. This is unacceptable and poor customer service on an item I paid $252 for. I will never order from them again and warn others to avoid them.

My experience with this company was great! The order didn't arrive late and was just as expected, the only issue was my product was slightly discoloured but nothing horrible!

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
