I bought few items out of which 2 came broken. Most of the items were of very, very poor quality. Looking at the cheaper items, I could ignore. But a lamp that costed me around, 7000 Swedish kronor or 700 US dollars was the one I could not ignore. The light was of terrible quality! You could see the welding (not at all good finishing), the colours came off, the bulb holders were made of cheap tin that already bent, the light bulbs that they gave were made of cheap bad plastic. And the packaging was so, so bad! The box was almost broken. I had to tape it a lot while sending it back to China. Firstly, after providing enough pictures, the return process was a lengthy 10 days struggle! They first thought there was no problem. Then pointing at the pictures million times, the customer service agent did not return within 24 hours, but took ages to return or reply. Then they replied that they will not pay for the shipping cost! Even when the item was faulty. I had to report to the complaint department to handle it, who was offering me 60% compensation as reward if I keep the product. Again, suggested selling it to a second hand shop. I denied. After that, she solved the problem by talking to the manager this way- I pay for the shipping in full and send the product back. And the return is to a private person, NOT THE COMPANY itself. They will return my money for both the lamp and the shipping cost after getting the product. Being very sceptical of their promises, yet I sent it back spending my own money.
PLEASE Buy from SHEIN, Pat, or AliExpress instead who has a clear-cut return policy without any hassle. The amount of stress I went through past 12 days were beyond my imagination. I am still worried about my money. Only god knows if I will get that money back ever! Scared as hell.
This was my first ever purchase and definitely THE VERY LAST ONE too. Lessons learnt.
Till now all items order are coming excellent packing tracking services are very good to update customers for the orders
I order on March 7th and still haven't received my order yet! No refund has been issued because of the items I ordered ran out before they filed my order! I hope I receive my refund and my order! But I won't even be ordering from this site again

The items are good most of the time. The size labels don't always stay consistent. Pay attention to shipping costs and check box default to pay for insurance.
I was very happy to receive my dress. Meant for an Easter/Resurrection Day event, I was nervous perhaps it wouldn't be what I wanted. The dress greatly exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Started buying shirts from You last year at this time. Bought a couple as gifts and revamped my closet with ALOT of ur shirts. Get ALOT of comments in LIKING the shirts. I too like them

So far the return process has been good. I have to return the package to China, despite the parcel coming from their Canadian depot, but it is worth it for the amount that will be returned.
However, I gave it 3 stars because I am happy with the items I did end up keeping.
Clothing seems really nice. All but 5 items were way to large. Seems really inconvenient and weird that no info in enclosed in the order to know how to return items tha do not fit (16 items) and individual items do not have tag to know which bag they came out of.
Quality was good. Four clothing items did not fit.
I ordered what was described as a midi-length dress. The dress I was sent was a maxi-length dress. The skirt was far too long for me to safely wear. Unless I can find someone to hem it afffordably, I will not be able to wear it.
The garments were both lovely, but, despite my ordering the same size for both, the one I liked the best has boning. It doesn't fit in the rib cage, and the meadurements required were only for bust and waist. When I tried to return, that was not enough justification. All I got was an offer for a 10% coupon on a future order. I took it to my local alterations place and because of the lining, they would not even attempt to alter it
Also, the fabric would have likely shown where the needles had pierced the original seams. I am keeping the second dress, same size, and fits perfectly.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
