You know how difficult it is to go from store to store burning time and energy. Well kick back and relax. You found the sight to enjoy shopping once again. If your purchasing clothes it is a little tricky to figure size at first. Some of the material may say micro-elastic when ordering and not be stretchy. Also don't look for labels on the garments. All of my dresses were of quality material and stitching. If a few of your garments don't fit, rather than pay shipping back, just take a rewards option and then average cost. You still have a bargain.

I bought few items out of which 2 came broken. Most of the items were of very, very poor quality. Looking at the cheaper items, I could ignore. But a lamp that costed me around, 7000 Swedish kronor or 700 US dollars was the one I could not ignore. The light was of terrible quality! You could see the welding (not at all good finishing), the colours came off, the bulb holders were made of cheap tin that already bent, the light bulbs that they gave were made of cheap bad plastic. And the packaging was so, so bad! The box was almost broken. I had to tape it a lot while sending it back to China. Firstly, after providing enough pictures, the return process was a lengthy 10 days struggle! They first thought there was no problem. Then pointing at the pictures million times, the customer service agent did not return within 24 hours, but took ages to return or reply. Then they replied that they will not pay for the shipping cost! Even when the item was faulty. I had to report to the complaint department to handle it, who was offering me 60% compensation as reward if I keep the product. Again, suggested selling it to a second hand shop. I denied. After that, she solved the problem by talking to the manager this way- I pay for the shipping in full and send the product back. And the return is to a private person, NOT THE COMPANY itself. They will return my money for both the lamp and the shipping cost after getting the product. Being very sceptical of their promises, yet I sent it back spending my own money.
PLEASE Buy from SHEIN, Pat, or AliExpress instead who has a clear-cut return policy without any hassle. The amount of stress I went through past 12 days were beyond my imagination. I am still worried about my money. Only god knows if I will get that money back ever! Scared as hell.
This was my first ever purchase and definitely THE VERY LAST ONE too. Lessons learnt.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. It' up to you to take the risk.
Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
