I bought 2 dresses through Light in the box a few months ago. The first one was so-so ok, pretty poor quality for a dress costing over €160. The 2nd dress cost €248. Unfortunately I had to pay import taxes of €138 on these before I could take delivery of them. Since I was insured for this, Light in the box guaranteed that I would get the taxes back. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for this refund to this day. The 2nd dress also did not fit at all so I asked for a refund of trade it. A 50% refund was promised which changed to 50% credit after my agreement. So I am still waiting for over €250 but get purely standard emails in response. Expensive dresses, poor quality and poor service.
Dissatisfied due to wrong item sent. Ordered denim coat, received a microfiber coat instead. Totally wrong item.

A friend introduced me to LITB and I've found some good buys. They have great kitchen doodads that are hard to find as well as gardening. I've purchased clothes that I've been happy with. These are medium quality but for knocking around, they are fine. Give it a go but be careful in sizing. When it says to size up, not necessarily so!
Comfortable and true to size. Delivery was on time. This was my second purchase, and I am satisfied with the quality and will be sure to order again.

You know how difficult it is to go from store to store burning time and energy. Well kick back and relax. You found the sight to enjoy shopping once again. If your purchasing clothes it is a little tricky to figure size at first. Some of the material may say micro-elastic when ordering and not be stretchy. Also don't look for labels on the garments. All of my dresses were of quality material and stitching. If a few of your garments don't fit, rather than pay shipping back, just take a rewards option and then average cost. You still have a bargain.

I was a little sceptical at the begining giving the circumstances related to ordering pretty much anything from oversieze due to the shipping delays and overall delays these days. I am glad to order anyways. Everything ordered came in the promissed time frame. Products were exactly as described. Very happy customer! Thank you all!

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. It' up to you to take the risk.
Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
