I get that this company is offering cheap goods for cheap price and that you get what you pay for. However what I don't expect is to have blatant dishonesty and misrepresentation. I ordered a coat which was shown to be some sort of winter tapestry effect type coat which had a lining in it and was described as being thermal and for winter and fall. What I got was some sort of weird kimono with made of dress fabric only printed on one side with a white interior absolutely nothing like what was on the photograph apart from shape and some proximity to color. It was also much smaller than the size that have been given. What I don't trust now about light in the box is that I put a review of that on which came up for the first day that I put it and then it was taken down. It is still showing on my list of reviews on the app but it's not showing on the public list of reviews. My review had comprehensive photographs on it. Although there are some other negative reviews about the code up there mine was much more comprehensive and so they obviously didn't want it there. I also left another negative review with photographs about the handbag that came with it. They did not also allow that to stay up. I filled in a request for a refund. To start with they offered me that they would give me a voucher for something pathetic like 30% of the full price. However when I replied with details and extensive photographs clearly showing that what the product was represented as was not what I had received I received in the apologetic email in return and they did refund the entire price of the coat. However they still didn't put up back up my reviews and the item is still on sale and being totally misrepresented. This is a trade's description issue and if this company was based in the UK there would be taken to court from misrepresentation. This is also a misrepresentation because they are not showing honest reviews and I suspect strongly that for a number of the reviews they are computer generated to show them as being overall good they don't have any details on and reviews like mine which are negative and have a lot of information on a lot are not allowed to go up. I did receive a dress from them which was not too bad although is much too big and I'm going to find a way to make it fit because the alternative is too much hassle, although the material is a bit strange. So it's very much a lottery but my comment about them and their trustworthiness as a company is to do with their reticence to be honest, their untrustworthiness and the amount of effort that it takes to get them to actually treat you fairly. The two photographs that I have taken show how thin the material is and also the white interior of the coat. And the other photograph is the original advert photograph that you can see looks entirely different.
I am very satisfied about the way this online shopping center works. Good quality. Fast delivery. Pretty good prices.
I ordered two dresses & they were to tight across the bust area. I was unaware these were made to order dresses. VERY disgusted with there customer service!

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
