It is almost impossible to return products to this company, which is why they make it so difficult. I will never order from them again and I suggest others beware of their misinformation about return policy. You have to pay for shipping to China. (also product was cheap and not made well at all).
I am a pretty careful shopper and thought I made sure this order was returnable. Didn't see anything on my check out that said it was "made-to-order", I just ordered a regular size. Now I CAN NOT RETURN FOR ANY REASON! Look for those little pale gray letters past the ADD TO CART BUTTON that are made to look like an option to "HAVE" it made to order...that means "IT IS" made-to-order SO NO RETURNS. Had to make other arrangements because they updated the delivery date and shipped it but could not guarantee me a delivery date that wasn't before the date it was needed. Glad I did because the sizes were not consistent with the measurements given for a size 8. Quite the scam if it doesn't fit or arrive at a reasonable date.

They will not stand by their products, and when I persisted, offered me 50% credit, or 40% refund. Their garments are cute on the web, and poorly made, and fit strangely. It is a scam!

I order a variety of items with Lightinthebox and I have yet to be disappointed. The quality of the clothing is so much better than other places I've ordered from. Prices and delivery are excellent. Nothing to complain about. I'm very happy with Lightinthebox!
Wig with grey and silver in description and pictures that matched that description shown on site. Received wig and top 1/3 of wig is solid black, lower 2/3 grey and silver. I ordered five Polo type shirts from Lightin The Box costing me $104.28. When I received them all five shirts were undersized to United States standards. Upon review all of these garments were shipped from China. This was never disclosed during the shipping process. Had I known they were coming from China I would have never made the purchase. I have now applied to return all five shirts in their original packaging which was/is an in-depth process in itself. At this point I am informed that it will cost me 10 to 40 dollars to ship. I continue on with the process and receive an email from Lightin the Box saying that when they receive my garments back and if they pass their inspection Lightin the Box will refund me
$72.95 not $104.28 they owe me. I will lose $31.33 plus shipping cost of 40 dollars. Total loss of $71.33. Lightin the Box makes the return process so involved it makes me as a customer believe they do not want to help me or to even be bothered with my concerns.

I have found my shopping experience with LightInTheBox to be very satisfying. They have a great selection of things. They have some very attractive pricing on various goods. They process and get things shipped out in a timely manner. The only thing I would say is a small setback is the shipping options (there are only 2) and the shipping costs are a bit higher than I would expect. I might be wrong, I know shipping has increased in cost like everything else but my shipping fees have cut into the savings on th products pretty good.

Been ordering from Light in the box for sometime now. It used to arrived between 3 to 4 weeks. But lately, they were exceptionally faster, just a little more than 1 week. The fabric materials are also exceptional on quality. The sizes were just right. Highly recommend this company.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
