Ordered a black gown. Received a silver gown with stains on it. Was told that I could keep the $159 item and receive 30% of next order. They refused the return having said that it was "made to order". Not sure whose order was shipped to me, but it wasn't mine. The garment was stained-ewwww.And I have a gown that is completely useless and they have my money. BUYER BEWARE. Don't be filled by the low prices. The swimsuit fits the size, the material is great. One type of swimsuit was already sold out, the money was returned to the account. I can recommend this type of product.

I placed an order for a 3D shirt. It took quite a while for them to ship it. When it finally did arrive it was the wrong product. It has writing on the shirt, the one I ordered didn't. The way it is manufactured is strange. On the back of the shirt it is like it is mirrored. The words are backwards and it is difficult to read. For as long as it takes to receive your order it doesn't even pay to try to send it back because I will be waiting another 3 weeks to get the right one. I also ordered another item the day before I ordered this shirt and that item still hasn't shipped yet. It's been weeks already and still no indication that it will ship any time soon. I just won't be ordering from them anymore. There are plenty of other companies out there that do a good job.
5/01/23 After contacting them about the messed up order, it took a while but they finally did issue me a refund.

Ordered 'linen' trousers, when they arrived were made of polyester!
Contacted company who wanted me to return them to an Asian address approx $ 60 despite having a Birmingham return address, I politely declined. I told them I would return to the Birmingham address only, they were unhappy ( tough)!
I returned to the Birmingham address and emaied them to tell them.
Today they have agreed to fully return my £ in full.

Thought I was buying two beautiful outfits for my two granddaughters weddings - both in June.
I followed the guide for sizing and the outfits I received didn't even come close to fitting. They would have to be made completely over - costing hundreds of dollars. I tried to return them but was only offered 60% back and keep outfits. I would have to donate! The other offer was to send back and get 40% of my purchase price plus ship to China at a cost of $45.00 plus! Ridiculous! I now have a dispute pending with PayPal! I will escalate it to a claim if we don't resolve this. The only reason I gave one star was because I couldn't submit this review without a star.

I ordered 4 items and will only wear 2 of them. I wrote Customer Service to voice my disappointment buI never received an answer. I wanted to return them. Probably will not order again.

Pants supposed to be cotton/linen combo. They were a cheap, sleazy, shiney poly. Pattern on pants blurred and indistinct, not at all like photo. Size did not match website measurements. Total junk. I will never buy from this site again.

I recently had to contact Lightinthebox Customer Service to make a return. I was surprised by how fast they sent me a return message to resolve my situation. The website said they would reply within 24hrs and it was much less than that and they provided several options for me to choose to make my order right. They also provided detailed instructions on how to make my return. I am now in the process of waiting for my refund.

I ordered 2 swim suits and one swim bottom. All were cheaply made. I wanted to return them due to poor fit and the cheap material. Returns are next to impossible, but they offer you a "reward" for keeping them...BUT you must spend DOUBLE the amount of the reward to use them. Product comes from China...do not waste your time or money. It is a sham! ='(

I love this site! Great quality stuff at fantastic prices. As long as you use their size chart with clothes it'll usually fit.
I ordered a dress and to be honest, i was bit afraid of the quality of the dress, but it was such a Big Surprise when I got it the dress looks exactly as in the picture, model and colour, and the size ( got them from the table of sizes) is perfect, I had just to adjust the Leigh of the dress

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
