It takes a while to ship the products to Norway, and two of the items that I have purchased are not the same as in the picture. I haven't returned any items, so I have no experience with the customer service. The remaining items (appr. 20) are of good quality and done very well. So far I'm happy with LTB and will recommend it to others.
