I received all of my items as expected they did fit as expected. I only had to return three items because they didn't fit as I would like and one of the items I mistakenly purchased two of but other than that this is a great site to buy clothes at a reasonable price and customer service works with you.
Only one item was nice but was snug in the bust area everything else was either cheap fabric measurements didn't match the size guidelines and I sized up to be safe. Also didn't look like the photos. Also the delivery person.just left the package at the front doorstep where anyone could see and take. Lost a lot of money and have to find something else for my son's wedding in 3 weeks.will not be ordering again. This was my first time buying from you
I purchased a white linen dress from LightintheBox which I paid $34.27 after mailing costs. It arrived after I had left on vacation, so when I returned and found that the dress was too short, too tight, and made of very poor quality 'linen', I contacted the company to return it. They said 'too late', but you can have a credit (mailing it back to China would have cost from $10 to $20). I ended up with a credit of $.84, and a dress that will be donated to the local charity. I will never buy from them again. Clearly, they do not want your return, regardless of the reason.

I'm not even sure I would give the rating a 1, it's more like 0. I ordered a couple of dresses for e wedding, two didn't look the same as the picture looked to me, while the 3rd one I like but didn't fit. I was going to exchange this latter dress, but when I tried it said it was a "made-to-order", where no where on the page for the dress does it say it's a made to order. Also, their refund policy says 7 days return, no reason needed, but it doesn't seem like they want to abide by this. I was ordering the 3rd dress again, as I thought it would be faster then exchanging, but cancelled it shortly after ordering on 4/28/2023. Noticed today that it was "processing", so I cancelled it again. My service request #'s are:******* and *******. If someone could please respond to me about my order and how I can return all 3 dresses for a full refund and that the 2nd order is indeed cancelled. Not impressed.

I've ordered from there before. The items are as described. Their delivery isn't as quick as some others but it's not overly long.
All of the products received were great. There were two that looked blurred as compared to all of the other shirts ordered.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
