I had never ordered from LightInTheBox before, so I decided to order just one item to see if it was legit, and if I would receive it, it did not take long at all and the dress came. I don't know a lot of people say that about stuff but it's really did happen for me. I have now ordered again since then two more orders and they are in pending status right now with shipping. I'm very happy with a Quality and very happy with the products.

My experience with customer service has been fine. They're responsive. They don't really want to deal with returns, so offer a large-percent store credit. My real disappointment is with the quality of the fabric. So many say it is good. It's very thin and very, very cheap. Now, I did keep a pair of linen summer pants because the linen is true linen. Finally, I bought a dress whose silhouette I loved in the picture. Really adored it. But it was not at all that shape in reality. Rather than having a cinched waist with pleats, it was completely boxy. Unfortunately, I am not going to buy another dress for fear they are pinning it at the back for promotional pictures.
