I kind of found Light In The Box by mistake, but I'm glad I did. I found 2 great tops. One was so awesome that I bought 2 more for friends. The other I love because it has a kitty on it. The shopping was easy, the checkout was fast. They have various payment options and good prices, which helps. The have unique clothing and that's what I like. The tops I got are one of a kind.

The clothes I ordered don't fit right. I order based on what your site says the measurements are, but l get some to small & some too big. It's crazy, I was hoping to have found a new place to order from.
Shopping st light in the box had given me an very bad experience. Sizes of the goods are Asian sizes and not the normal european sizes even when you take 2. Sizes langer. Thére is not an return adressen in your OWN country and the give not your money back of you do not want the goods. You can get a voucher for ontheemd goods but that is only a part of the value of the ordered goods. I schalk not promote light in the box. This is a very bad experience.

Most if the articles are as described. Out of 7-8 articles, just one was too small. I kept it because it's difficult to send it back. But I really appreciate all the other articles and the order came rather quickly.
Great overall experience! The shipment was faster then expected (how ever they calculated 2 weeks for the items to be delivered) and the product meet my expectations. I ordered 3 dresses, 2 of them I love! New favorites! Just one dresses that I ordered that was big in size and almost seethrough.
Jammer dat 95% van jullie kleding synthetisch is. Ook is er vaak verschil in de maten de ene keer is XL goed en de andere keer veelnte groot schellt het echt een paar cm. Daarom was er veel van de door mij bestelde kleding niet goed en wou ik het terug sturen!
Iets retour sturen gaat veel te moeilijk bij jullie. Ik denk daarom dat ik niets meer bij jullie bestel! Ook krijg ik veel te veel emails!

Handling of oreders is ecelent. Quality of products are good. Size of cloths are correct. I just ordert 3D polos until now.so I can give you feedback about them, The only thing which can cause a fewdiscomfort is the delivery time. It takes almost for a month. It would be welcomed if could cut it a bit shorted.
The lingering correspond with the pictures. The materials are so soft and beautiful. I highly recommend this shop..
I've now placed a few orders with LightInTheBox.com. I'd say the shopping experience is fun as there's a wide variety of things to order at seemingly fantastic prices. The shipping has been adequate - both the price and the timing. The issue that makes me dock them a couple of stars is 1) the inaccuracy in the sizing for the items I've received and 2) the inaccuracy in the description of the clothing's materials. Even when I've ordered a different style/color of the same item, as grouped together on their website, the fit and materials end up being completely different even though they're categorized and described in a manner that they should be the exact same. This is very frustrating as a consumer. With that said, I've been (so far) satisfied with their customer service after the purchase.

Experience with delivery etc seem satisfactory, but I yet have to understand your fit of clothing. There seem to be some discrepancies between Large and Medium size. The shirts I ordered L seem to be a bit larger than most L sizes I'm used to wearing. I was afraid that the M size may be a bit small for me.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. It' up to you to take the risk.
Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
