It arrived in excellent condition. It looked exactly like the picture. I am very pleased and will order again.
They must get away with scamming customers and not responding as they hide behind a foreign Chinese company. They sent wrong size clothes. Charged me $45 to return them next day October 2022. Just received the package back in the mail May 2023 with a stamp on outside envelope saying refused. Never opened the package. They will not refund my $250 purchases. What a scam.
I am pleased with the overall quality and price of their items it is exceptional! Delivery takes a little long but that's okay that's the price and quality makes up for it. I will be ordering from them many times in the future!

I have ordered a wide range of products from light in the box. I would highly recommend this app.easy to use,secure payments,good communication, quality products speedy delivery. One time I needed a refund the payment was back in my bank within a couple of days. Refund was due to a flash sale product selling out.

I love these STUNNING heels! Gorgeous just like the photos and durable. Just pay close attention to the size charts and measure your feet. I usually size down a half size for heels but found no need to with their sizes. The shoes might come with a factory smell but they air out with a day or two. In my opinion, worth saving hundreds :) I feel like a queeeen when I wear these shoes and I've held off buying them for so long because I didn't realize there was this affordable option.
I received regular correspondence about the progress of my order, it arrived in the time frame expected. Out of the 5 items I ordered only 2 of them fit 2 items were too small and 1 item was too big. The company was easy to deal with as far as my returns, however they basically prefer to have you keep the items and get a 60% refund. Seems like it will be a hassle to actually return the items and get a full refund. This makes me wonder if this is a regular money-making pattern for them? At any rate I took the 60% which was promptly made available to me to use within 3 months. I have not used it yet, but wonder if my replacement items will then be too large/ small and go through the same process where I lose out on my refund?
My order was shipped fast and was just as beautiful as it is in the picture!
I ordered a gift for my daughter on light in the box and my whole experience was great. I really liked the tracking accuracy and detail.
I bought 3 items for a total of NOK 900. They didn't fit at all so I wanted to return them. It was an almost impossible task to get the return document filled out. The shipment was then to be returned to China. It cost NOK 266 without insurance. With insurance it would cost much more. I am not sure if I will get my original outlay back.
Previously I have had good experience with the company.

Nice tiles, but you have to keep everything which isn't fitting or convenient as sending goods back is in your own - high - costs.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
