I ordered 2 dresses in size medium. One fit perfectly and I love it but the other one is too small. My only complaint is that it is not easy to send back. If it was I would order the same dress in another size.

I almost did not order from Light In the Box again because I thought wait time for delivery was way too long. Wait time for this order to ship I'm my opinion wa way too long.

Ordering was a fairly easy task. It was my first order. The shirts are nice and I have given information about the site to others who were interested after seeing the shirts.
The product had several places where it wasn't stitched well and the fabric was too hot for the Desert climate here. I paid extra for 3-5 day delivery, but it was longer than that. Given that the order was extensive, I shouldn't have had to pay shipping costs as well.
All in all, I will not be ordering from Lightinthebox again!

Never ever order from them anything please. You will be surprise when you get ordered items which absolutely ugly and different then u ordered. After many many emails (NO ways to talk with somebody life) they sent me standard email and offered 50% refund... Please do not trust them. PLEASE!

I wasn't happy with a purcase. They refunded my money after a few back and forth emails and reviews. I still lost the delivery fee I paid. My suggestion for them is to specify the material they use in their products.

1) It's easy to use the site and the app. There are lots of great products. Every ordered item was as expected. Only the colour of the bangs was different from the picture. But as it is real hair I can colour it. And it is better than expected. Super easy to use. I like it.
2) I have to learn how to use the coupons, but I think that the next time it won't be a problem.
3) I would be happy, if there had been a CASH ON DELIVERY payment option. I have never liked to pay online. For online payments I need help from someone else. If there were a cash on delivery option, I would order more often. Thank you in advance!

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
