My order arrived and it was missing one of the items. I went on line and had a hard time finding anywhere to communicate that. It was easy to write a review but not so easy to reach out to customer service. All I want is for you to send me to correct item and I can return the other.
Beware of ordering from LightintheBox company...Measurements are nothing like they list and when you try to contact customer service to return merchandise, they won't reply to you. A complete waist of money.
This is an updated review (from 2 stars to 4) since Slava, the customer service rep contacted me several times and arranged for me to receive a FULL refund for the blouse that I purchased. I now have faith in their customer service. The cute dress that I like was advertised as a "loose fit", but it is smaller than an average medium. I gave it 3 stars on their website due to sizing issues.

I previously sent a message regarding this particular order. I did receive the order, but there was a 4 pcs set of clamps ordered, but only one clamp came. When it says 4 pcs in the description I would expect to receive all 4 clamps. I enjoy shopping on your sight and have purchased many things. I love this websitte - the clothes are very stylish and affordable; however, the length of time between order placement and shipment delivery is a little too long for my taste.
Delivery takes a few weeks, which I hate. I love all of the shirts I ordered, but a few of the t-shirts that are large fit like mediums. Just too tight.
I shopped for a sweater and ended up also buying purses, shoes, and jewelry. It arrived in one package, and as expected, but the rings actually exceeded my expectations.
J'étais un peu craintive de commander puisque je ne connaissais pas cette entreprise. Je me suis lancé et j'ai bien fait. J'ai commander 2 robes: grandeur un peu juste mais qui convient. Une chemise de nuit: grandeur trop petite, pour être confortable pour dormir il faut commander 1 point de plus. Le temps de livraison par contre est très long et lors du suivi du coli, il semble ne pas bouger pendant des jours!
J'ai placé une autre commande le 28 avril, nous sommes 18 jours plus tard et il est en transit depuis 9 jours... Bien hâte qu'il arrive, j'y ai commandé des chaussures et j'espère que la grandeur sera la bonne!

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
