I ordered an Ivory wedding dress and received White. I have been having a very hard time with getting what I actually ordered or my money back. Customer service wants to give me only a percent of what I paid for the dress. The dress did not have any size tags on it and is not to the size of their chart, I ordered a size 12 which was supposed to be a 38" bust line, I wear a 36" bra and I could not get the dress zipped up. L will be disputing this sale via my credit card. Now I need to find a dress in time for my wedding. Very Unhappy Customer!

LightInTheBox saw my review here on SiteJabber and increased their offer of a 50% reimbursement to a 100% reimbursement if I agreed to improve my rating. This does improve my impression of the customer service, but I find the transactionary nature frustrating. It would be better if they simply allowed customers to return items they did not like.

The shirt I ordered ended up being of terrible quality—poorly/unevenly hemmed, loose threads, missing buttons, actually orange instead of brown. They insisted I keep the shirt and take a partial reimbursement instead of returning it ("considering the long time and much risk of returning package, we sincerely suggest you can keep this product"). I caved in and accepted a 50% reimbursement.

I see this company as doing a bait and switch. I saw a blouse on Lightinthebox that I liked and ordered it. In the picture you can tell it's a textured material. However, what I received was a poorly made 100% polyester blouse that 'mimicked' the one in the catalog. And I paid $22! Never again.

I bought 4 tshirts for my staff. I checked their size chart and made sure correct size ordered. Shirts were too small. I asked fir a refund. They said i had to measure each shirt and send a photo. I did. Each shirt was 2 inches smaller. They saidt I couldn't return due to no receiving depot in China. They offered 60% refund or 70% credit on their website. When I asked for a full refund they gave me complicated refund instructions and said it would cost me up to $30 or more postage. I said i would take the 60% refund. I have not heard back. I would never order from this company

Horrible online store, They Cancelled my order, but will not refund my money, Necklace was broken, can't even return it. Charged for shipping, while other stores give free shipping, it still took them over a month to get my package I am highly disappointed, will not be buying anything from them again, and will tell everyone that they are scammers. Not only that, the site is difficult to maneuver, when you want to get a hold of customer rep, they just make everything difficult.

I'm very happy. I got everything as described. It took a little bit more time for shipping, but overall very happy.
I ordered 3 wedding dresses, thinking I could return them if they didn't fit. I ordered a size 10. When they didn't fit, I was told they were not returnable because they were a custom order. I guess I was so excited I didn't see anything about ordering a standard size was considered a custom order. They have given me 50% back to use on their website in the next 3 months. I am scared to re-order but maybe can spend it on something else...
The dresses are great quality and a great price. I will try to sell them to someone else.

I ordered twice from this company. First, I ordered a men's blazer and when it arrived, I was shocked by the horrible quality. The material is cheap and flimsy. The lining on the sleeves protrudes out of the cuffs. The button holes look like they were cut by a child with dull scissors. Still, however; I stupidly gave them a second chance and ordered some men's boots. They are equally horrible quality. They are so narrow that I am unable to wear them at all and I always wear a size 10 with no issues. Never again. I learned my lesson. Don't be fooled by the nice pictures. The clothes look NOTHING like the pictures. The quality is atrocious! Be warned!

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
