I will not shop with this site again. The products were not quality. Cheaply made with a difficult return process. I guess this is why the prices are so low. Either way, I am not a happy customer never to return.
While some of the products weren't exactly as pictured, the delivery was much faster than expected, which allowed me time to make adjustments before my event. I ordered 13 wigs, of which 4 needed a lot of help to make them work for my project. That means 9 were perfect! The odds are in your favor it'll be great and either way, the quality was great. Great enough to cut, trim and style properly.
I have ordered from LightInThe Box twice. Each time I was extremely delighted with my purchase and their quality. There is a two+ week delivery time so be sure to order leaving yourself enough time to receieve your lovely wear.
This is my first time purchasing on this website. I was struggling because the dress is a non-refundable item. Also, my daughter's competition will be held in 3 weeks. I didn't know that they could arrive on time and fast. Luckly, the dress is pretty. It took 2 weeks to arrive. Only one thing is the dress run little bit small. But I'll purchase it again.
Easy and quick process to order and receive my product. I was a little reluctant since this is a site I just stumbled upon but so far I am very pleased. I have already placed a second order with more items so we will see how this one's goes.

Même chose pour les vêtements: un grand choix de modèles, de très bonne conception, avec souvent des détails originaux et astucieux, d' excellentes finitions, de beaux imprimés originaux, et des tissus de qualité, même si cela reste essentiellement du polyester, ce qui est dommage: pour ma part, je préfère la viscose. L'entreprise devrait prévoir des matières plus naturelles, plus saines, plus respectueuses de notre planète, et ce serait parfait.
Les délais de livraison annoncés sont respectés, et avec des informations régulières de suivi, ce qui est vraiment très appréciable.
Le bémol se situe au niveau des emballages: réduits au strict minimum, je suppose pour limiter l'encombrement et les coûts, ce que je peux comprendre. Mais, du fait, les vêtements, pour la plupart, arrivent tout chiffonnés, ce qui n'est pas engageant, et plutôt dommage, car cela donne à l'arrivée une mauvaise image du produit. Mais après un lavage délicat et un repassage vapeur, les articles retrouvent de leur superbe.
Prix intéressants avec l'application; de même pour les frais d'expédition avec l'abonnement golf.
Bref, cela a été pour moi, une agréable découverte, une sorte de ´'caverne d'Ali Baba '´Reste à voir, maintenant, la résistance des articles dans le temps.

Items arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but were of varying quality. I was sent the wrong color shoes and they smell so strongly of rubber, but exchange process seemed cumbersome and I don't have time to wait for the right ones to arrive.

This sparkly evening wrap (coat actually) is just as shown in the photos. It is a black mesh, sewn all over with gold sequins. I wear a size XL but decided to go up a size to XXL, just in case it ran small. The length was the same either way. I am glad I upsized, as the upper arms are a little snug, and I am not a huge person.

I have had a couple shipments so far. I shop online quite a bit and was hesitant on the quality. So far everything has been great. Shipping takes some time so don't expect it in 2 days.
