I am a permanent client and I am happy to say that I delighted with all procedure of nice goods purchase in LightIn. Mostly I buy dresses and I am happy that them have nice coloures, figures with nice friendly texture and looks well. Currently I am waiting for next parcel and I am excited to wear new ones.
The dress I ordered was a perfect fit although I did have to scrutinize the sizing chart to make sure I got the correct size. If you buy, you can return, but you have to pay shipping. Or if there is something wrong with the order you can keep but only get 10% discount if you choose not to pay the cost of return.
I ordered sevaral product, and liked all these products and I would be happy to have them in corect sizes.
However the size charts are not always reliable. This is an example

Took a long time to receive my order. I tried to call customer service several times and never got through to them. You need to improve your customer service phone system to allow your customers, who help to keep you in business, to get the information they need. Thank you, I really like my new faucet.
Be aware that "fast shipping" only means that ONLY after your order has been pulled, THEN fats shipping starts. So it can take 3 weeks to "Process" your order and then shipping may only take 3-5 days IF you pay an extra amount.
So you pay extra but it doesn't mean you are getting your item faster.

Dress arrived and it is just like the picture! However, you will have to figure out your undergarment or not, as the see through area around the bum/hip is very sexy.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
