I hope I love my dress whenever I receive it, because the way things are looking, I won't have it in time for my 40th reunion. I paid $25 for express delivery. I'm confused as to what is considered express delivery. My order was confirmed 5/26/23 at 08:06, but I won't receive it until June 6-12. Is the warehouse in another country? What make matters worst is I found the dress on another site for $51, but it was only in green and I needed a towel blue dress. I paid $109, just for a color. I hope a return label is in the package, because I'm almost certain I will be returning it. If I ever b order again it will be 3montjs in advance. I spent my weekend driving from store to store looking for a back up and still no luck. I'm stress over this. Just as I was the order number I noticed the delivery date changed from 6/6/23 - 6/12/23 to 6/6/23 - 6/13/23. The offer for $5 off if package is not delivered by 6/12/23 is a joke, really make me believe this type of service is normal for your

And the metals are not regulated enough making you wonder how many byproduct metals like lead people are using - because, of course they are when it is a matter of using cheaper materials to take care of your family. You don't care about the people on the other end of these products and their families...

I bought a dress based off of the size chart on their website. It was smaller than the measure guide they provided online. The dress was also very long. I tried to explain why the dress did not work for me and they actually wanted me to measure the dress, take pictures and send to them. They also tried to get me to keep the dress for partial refund or a credit and I will not buy from them again. Very disappointing. Don't buy from them because clothes are smaller than they say and you won't get a refund.

I purchased a casual maxi-long dress that looked NOTHING like the picture. I bought this dress for a special occasion. The image of the dress was very deceiving. The length of the dress was very short, the material was made like pajama material the dress looked like a lounge dress, the picture has a vee neck the dress has a round neck and the dress color was nothing like the picture. I was so disappointed and I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. I will cut the dress and use the material for dusting. At least I can get some use out of my money. A very expensive dust RAG! BIG SCAME! Your company needs to be reported to LAW ENFORCEMENT for scamming people out of their HARD-EARNED MONEY. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!

Just received my goods after a long wait very disappointed shoes wrong size and colour and trousers very poor quality tried to arrange return but very difficult process suppose that's what they want as they don't want there rubbish returned so.my advice is don't waste your money

I find the dresses fit larger than anticipated, a small I'd more a medium. The length of time it took for me to receive my orders were quite lengthy but I absolutely love the quality and the price as well as the selection; particularly the ethnic dresses. I'd say a job well done! I would only like to see improvement on the timeliness of the orders!
It was a terrible experience and I would never recommend this sales portal. I had an order for three items, one was just acceptable but the other two impossible to wear. Well, like many others, I got fooled with pictures showing a great fit and light material. What I got was more likely neoprene……. And forget any fittings… so, I thought I send it back and the shipping label clearly stated a Lithuanian Postal tracking code. I checked it also and was confirmed for Lithuania.
But bad surprises was coming. First it seams an impossible task to get an easy return on the way. They trying all things with price reduction etc. so you will keep it. But I clearly stated "return". What do I want with a "summer blouse" more heavy then my skiing clothes.
Eventually they told me I have to return it to their warehouse, what a surprise in CHINA! So, I got the package with a label from Lithuania Post and have to return it to ASIA / CHINA?
Well, no mention about the location of the "warehouse" in the return policy.
Definitely on purpose misleading, keeping information like the location of the return warehouse hidden and most importantly and very troubling for me, the way they communicate, in my opinion crossing the line, to harassment. I would never ever order again from this portal ( as it is nothing else) or recommend it.
My two poor reviews I left on their website simply vanished… shows also how the operation works.
Be aware and check first the possible return cost to China before you drop a order!

UPDATE, they did end up refunding me both shipping and refunded me for the clothes. The wares still are poor quality. I am a busy professional and thought I would buy multiple dresses to save time. All looked good on the site, but when the wares finally arrived they were "CRAP!". Complete and utter crap! Not only was the material EXTREMELY CHEAP, but POORLY SEWN. I feared that children had put these things together it was done so badly. When I went to return them, I was told that I could return them and they would pay for the return shipping, this was stated in an email that I received from them and also on their site. At first, they were only going to refund me part of the money, but after five emails they then agreed to pay for the whole original amount that I paid after I complained. Then I was told that they do not provide free shipping and that I was to send it the cheapest way possible, but could not use one of the major carriers and was stuck with the USPS which cost a whopping $44.75. I guess they hope that you just eat the $#*!ty clothes since the shipping is so high that most people do not bother returning the items. It may not sound like a lot of money, but it is! Also, the principle that they send subpar merchandise in bulk to a warehouse to the US and then distribute it throughout the US, but you cannot return the crap back to the same distribution center, but back to CHINA, where it costs an arm and a leg!

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
