I purchased 3 pair of cotton pants; nice wide & tailored at the bottom cuff area. These are lovely, lightweight, subdued colours that will go with numerous tops and with the elastic waist, they're so super comfy. The 2 tops I ordered are equally as nice & all items are extremely well made - Love them all & the pricing was great. Shipping was fast & arrived in perfect condition. Am already putting together my next order!
I paid for delivery to a vacation address in Mexico. Failed delivery because "address doesn't exist," according to their website. I sent screenshots of location from Google Maps. The place exists but they don't use GPS or know how to use Google Maps, apparently. Here is the reply when I reported non-delivery: " Our logistics department confirm that there isn't a local tracking number...For more details, please contact the local carrier at +52 (55) *******." This number is Spanish with no option for English, there is no name for the delivery service, and "Customer Service" gives NO HELP.
They take my money, and do not take any responsibility for delivering the merchandise at the end destination, This is a Chinese company that does not have the facilities or connections to deliver reliably worldwide. I must dispute the charge with my bank because there is no follow-up from "customer service." They leave you on your own once the merchandise leaves China. I have to pay for this lesson - but you can benefit from my poor experience for free.
I order 3 dresses and a beautiful jacquet. I ordinary wear 2 x, i look at the sitze charter and ordered 3X. One dress only fit but tight, and the 2 other are too small. The jacquet is very very beautiful but dont fit, my friend wear L and it fit to her. But when i order to my husband it's all right every tire and beautiful.

I ordered 4 different items, all of them, the sizes are wrong, and the quality is the worse materials and finishes. Products are not worth a dollar $1. The stamp t-Shirts are like for Halloween! On top of that to return the items, they send you all offers possible to see if you keep the products and if you don't take any offer you have to pay for the return to China. Please stay away from this people. They just want to rip you off!
Additionally, when you try to write a review, you will see a sponsored ad with a 4.5 star review paid the lightinthebox themselves (see picture attached)

I have been shopping with lightinthebox.com for a while now and have had nothing but great experiences with this business. Items that I have purchased have all been excellent quality. Delivery has been much quicker than other sites with up-to-date tracking provided every step of the way. Amazing how many items there are on this site and at a great range of prices with either free or minimal shipping rates. I have had to ask for help from customer service twice and both time they were not only friendly they also saw my issue through to a positive solution. Thank you Lightinthebox.com
The linen shirts are very well made for such a great price.They are very sharp looking shirts.I took advantage of a sale happy I did.So I will see how well they keep me cool in Barcelona this summer.

I've gotten several things from Lightinthebox.com. I've have excellent service and response time from customer service. Items are generally shipped within 2 weeks unless items are on back order. I had items that were too small and instead of me having to pay the expensive shipping to return, they gave me a discount on my next order. I just gave the smaller items to my daughter. Win win!
I received exactly what I ordered and I got it sooner than promised
I continue ordering because I like the uniqueness of their product. However they have gotten 4 orders wrong so far mainly because the items weren't the same style as pictured. I always order long sleeve items but have received several items that were short sleeve instead. After "jumping through the hoops" I have received a refund on these orders and donated the wrong order to charity. I am still waiting for an item that I ordered 3 weeks ago. It hasn't shipped yet!
I picked out a jacket from the LightInTheBox website and ordered it. It arrived far sooner than expected [based on the projected delivery date]. The quality of the jacket was very good and I really like it. Unfortunately, it was slightly too small, which was entirely my fault for getting the sizes wrong. I contacted Customer Service and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Great service.
When I ordered my product, it was to be delivered on a certain day. I needed it for a wedding. Of course it arrived a week too late. They said I could not exchange or get a refund because it was a custom order. There was nothing custom about it. Do not order from the company. They will rip you off.

I've been very pleased to find Lightin the Box. Medieval dresses are hard to find. They are a little bit long but I love them. The tissue quality is very good for the price.
Bought 3 dresses, 2 are fine and the third is poorly made. Am trying to get a refund but impossible to get hold of anyone, without putting in my credit details to an outside company which i am loath to do.
Definately expected better support.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. It' up to you to take the risk.
Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
