They have nice clothes, but I wouldn't buy from them again because if you need to return something because it doesn't fit, not acceptable or suitable etc., they claim that you can return with them paying the return postage, but they don't tell you that you have to return your items to China and you wouldn't believe how much Canada Post charges to send it back there and they don't want you to use a courier. Also, if you don't want to return you can keep the product and get a partial refund right away. Well what's the point of buying something and keeping it when you can't use it or don't want it. I didn't buy these clothes only to donate it to charity, I was buying it for me.
I ordered two different color sofa covers and ordered by size Large and the website noted that they were 91 inches across the back. When I received them both covers were half that size! I'm trying to return and the postage is more than half of what I paid for the covers! Im asking for a prepaid postage label.
Very frustrating! The copnay doesn't note they are in China. They need an AMAZON address!

I recieved two shirts that did not fit well and of questionable quality. When I attempted to return I was told that I would have to pay return shipping which would almost exceed the value of the item. They offered to refund part of the price or give me a store credit which I really don't want. I just want to return the shirts and get my money refunded but so far I continue to hit a wall and have not recieved a response to my last query.

Gli articoli si sono presentati come nella descrizione e talvolta addirittura migliori. Quello che mi è piaciuto molto però è che sono articoli molto originali nel design e nelle stampe. Ho acquistato due costumi, un vestito e due maglie per me. Le taglie sono risultate perfette, solo il vestito un po' lungo. Per uomo abbiamo preso un costume, una camicia e delle scarpe. Mio marito ha adorato ciò che ha ricevuto. Inoltre ho preso degli anelli che sono risultati decisamente più belli rispetto alla foto. Un po' lunghi i tempi di consegna.

I've been a LightInTheBox customer for a couple of years but had only ordered t-shirts for people as gifts. I recently downloaded the app on my Android phone so I could take advantage of the additional discounts, sales and rewards that are not available when ordering online. I was thrilled with the discounts I received on my very first in-app order. (I also subscribed to their Gold Membership so I could take advantage of the MUCH lower shipping rates.)
Once I had the app installed, I found myself spending time scrolling through their Flash Sale items just for fun. Flash Sales are discounted items are marked down even lower for a limited time (usually 24 hours). Some of the bargains were too good to pass up so even though I expected lower quality on items costing between $2 and $5 (CAD), I decided to take a chance.
With a flat rate of $7.50 for shipping, I loaded up my cart and took a chance. The first order showed up with everything looking exactly as it did in the photos. The electronic gadgets were all in working order, the clothing items were well sewn and nothing was broken, defective or cheap looking! I was now completely confident about placing subsequent orders.
This particular order arrived ahead of schedule, well packaged, nothing damaged, nothing missing and everything looking and working exactly as promised. One of the items in particular left me absolutely thrilled. There was a custom-made t-shirt on the flash sale for only $8.51 (CAD). For that price I decided to take a chance and uploaded a photograph to be printed onto a t-shirt for my husband.
The price included a photo on the front AND the back. Since the photo I was using was of an abstract painting my husband made, I decided to put a mirror image of the painting on the back so the colours would line up at the shoulders and it would look like you were seeing the painting through the back of the canvas. I came out perfect! The colours are bright and look just like they did in the photo.
I haven't washed the t-shirt yet but it feels like a good quality and it's made from polyester so I'm sure it'll last. I'm honestly so happy with the end results that I can hardly wait for the custom t-shirts to go on sale again!

Most products are favorably packaged and secure, so I'm very satisfied for the most part.
I was not happy with the quality of the product and attempted to return which proved very difficult. However, a supervisor in the Customer Service department stepped in, was very helpful and facilitated a productive resolution. I was impressed.

Returns are a nightmare. Must be done within 7days at the customer's cost for very expensive shipping, along with sending order #, ticket # and tracking #. Not worth it. Size wasn't even close.

I love Light in the Box because of the great selection of products and great wholesale prices. What I do not like at all and I am currently very upset about is that prices can rise for items that I place in my LITB cart. This breaks my order which I spend a lot of time preparing to keep the cost within my budget. No physical store that I shop in raises the price of items in my cart while I am shopping in the store. This is really very unacceptable. When I place items in my LITB cart, I expect that no item in my cart will increase in price just like in a physical store. Light in the Box has the choice to correct this price increase in the cart practice or not. I have the choice to continue shopping at Light in the Box or not. Thanks.
I am very happy with my order of hair clips with pearls as they look great and there are 5 to use and choose from. It was easy to order and I was pleased that I received it within a week. Very happy with my order.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
