I ordered many items with a delivery window, at the time of order, that worked well for my upcoming trip. I am still waiting for items to ship and there is no way to receive them in time. Additionally, while trying to get this resolved I just got sent in circles on their joke of a website. I AM NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
I ordered products but quality is so bad and the return policy sucks. 5 out of 8 clothes were smaller than the descriptionan. I tired returning and they were requesting me to measure and sent pictures of measurements else they would not return it. Then they offered 50% reward and i thought i will take that instead if goin through the hastle. The total cost of my return was aprox. 50 dollars and they returned me 0.40 dollars. They are a scam do not order from them.

For a company that does business online only, it is very poor. I purchased a swimsuit advertised as polyester. Because I am allergic to any kind of elastic -elastaine, lycra, spandex - I asked customer service to verify that there was none of those in the swimsuit. I was told that the swimsuit was made of stretchy polyester. When I received the swimsuit, the interior tag indicated that it had 18% elastaine, 82% polyester; it was very itchy, and I needed to return it. I have tried to get the return function to work on the website via my computer and via the app on my phone to no avail. After I enter all the required info and hit submit on my computer, nothing happens. When I do the same on my phone, I get the message "Error, try again later." This has happened repeatedly. I even looked in the FAQs for instructions on how to return products and printed them out. They bear little to no resemblance to what is on the return screen. The website offers no way to contact customer service by email or phone.
After my complaint to SiteJabber, I was contacted by customer service! Amazing because when I tried using the instructions Slava posted for contacting Customer Service on the website (Besides, if you need to contact our customer service, please kindly do as following steps:
Browser: Personal center> My orders> choose specific order and click buttom Customer Service
APP: Account>Help Center>Contact Customer Service for My Order> choose order# and click>View details.), nothing went through. Slava from Customer Service provided a full refund for my purchase and asked me to update my review to 4-5. I did update it, but still can't give the website-driven business high marks because the website still does not work (at least for me) according to the instructions posted. I am grateful for the refund, but I don't think that I should have to write a bad review on someone else's website to receive one when I can't request one from the vendor's own site.

They lied in the description. It says "Cotton blend" but in reality it's 85% polyester. 15% cotton is not cotton blend! I can't wear this crap, need to return. But when I click their link "return item", going through all the fields, the submit button conveniently doesn't work. Nice try! I tried both in browser and in their app and it doesn't work anywhere. I need my money back and will never buy anything from this company again.

This is the worst online shopping experience in the history of online shopping! I received my order and I returned this order same day ( items was smell badly chemicly paints). I paid money to send this order back to them. And they didn't refund me my money. I multiple times contacted with them but they ignored me! My advice is do not order anything on this website save your health and your money!

Los vestidos están muy lindos y económicos. En el caso del que tiene el saquito, esperaba que fuera de una tela de algodón más rígida, pero es de camiseta, lo que hace que se vea algo corriente.
Goods were too small, despite size guide recommendation, very poor quality and nothing like the picture. The sites suggest the dress I bought was £7 when actually it was £26. It is virtually impossible to return an item and get your money back. It is obviously a scam/con to get your money. They actually want me to take measurements of the dress? Seriously? Why? DO NOT use this site. You will just waste your money. Do not be fooled by the glossy pics. Learn by my mistake!
UPDATE: Thanks to Sitejabber and my review, the company have agreed to refund the cost of my purchase in full. The team at Light in the Box acted promptly in ensuring my payment was refunded so I will award them 4 stars for getting back to me and finding a solution.

I order a dress in Small because the website indicates that it would fit a size 8-10 but it is really for a size4-6. When I tried to return/exchange it they want me to take pictures with a tape measure to "prove" to them that it was in fact too small. Instead of a refund they also offer me 50% discount on new purchases as if I would buy from them again. Don't buy from them they're not a reputable, reliable company
Add - after posting my review, they called and refund the full price of the item. I see that the item is still being listed on the website as fitting size 8 so just beware that their sizing is not accurate even thought they will try to make up for their mistake

I've ordered myself twice now, and once through my husband. In all occasions the products have arrived in time and had a good quality for the price paid.
I has some issues with my order in particular the sizing. I was unsatisfied with the initial offer and they listened to my comments and concerns and we came ro a very satisfying agreement. Thank you.
As a loyal customer at LightInTheBox I am permanently satisfied with my purchases. The items bought are nice and with good quality. The web page shows them very accurate. During the delivery time the supplier is permanently upgrading the tracking page until the item is delivered.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
