I ordered shoes and company said I received them, but I did not. Do I get a refund or not? I will never order from here again.
I ordered a 2XL and it came as about a size 8. The return policy is one sided as they expect you to ship to China, a very expensive proposition. They offered half my money back, but never paid it. I actually believed they would help me out or at least send another dress, but all I got were stalling tactics and things like "we sent an email to the manager at PayPal to expedite it" which doesn't even make sense. Just stay away.
I'm updating this review because the company refunded 70% without my having to send back the clothing. I'm quite pleasantly surprised. I would say be careful what you order, but they took care of me in the end.

Received a tshirt sold by light in the box as a gift. The first line on the shirt "engineer's Brain" was printed too large and the N in Brain is chopped off. Tried to reach the company about it and they do not have a way to contact support. Even downloaded their app and could not find a way to contact them.
Recommend searching for an alternate place to purchase from. Do not recommend this company.

After buying the items, I had no support from them, in coordinating with the delivery courier. The courier asked for many documents to be uploaded for custom clearance. Even after following the requirements of the courier, they charged me huge demurrages. Light in the box replied to handle courier directly. Why should I be managing the courier which has been appointed by them? I ended up paying much more than the items are worth. I will never recommend to buy from here. Very very bad service.

I am very dissatisfied with their return process. I was told they no longer provide return shipping labels. I don't have a printer. I am 74 years old so no longer work and have no access to a printer. The post office told me the cost to return the item would be more that the item cost. Their sizing is extremely small. I usually wear a 1x. This size was not an option so I ordered size 2x. The 4 tops I ordered do not fit. So now I am out my money and have 4 tops to donate to a charity because they are too small. Their site says "7 day satisfaction guarantee". Unless I get a free exchange for a larger size or my money back I am not satisfied. This is taking advantage of a senior citizen.
I cannot add a photo of the product or proof of purchase as I do not have a camera or a cell phone or a scanner or any device that will take a picture or a screen shot.

I ordered 3 dresses. None of them even remotely resembled the picture.
The one that was linnen on the picture was made of heavy t-shirt fabric, the embroiderie was a print.
The second one was supposed to be made of transparent voile, but again was made from thick fabric.
The third one had a print that did not match the picture. Also, all the sizes were off the scale.
They only offer money back if I pay for the retrun of the goods AND if they agree the products were not good.
The only other possibility is a coupon, to be used for my next purchase. Which definately is NOT an option, cause I never, ever will order something here again. After 7 mails they had the audacity to tell me that they would not react to my mails anymore, cause they use a specific time frame to deal with problems.
DO NOT BUY HERE! YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND AND THE DRESSES ARE CHEAP AND UGLY COPIES!

It's been 3 weeks since I placed an order. The app claims it was shipped, even though when you track through USPS.com, it still is showing that they have not even received the package still! I googled the site to see that it was a legit company to my serious shock due to the fact that so many reviews claim really fast shipping. Considering it's been over 3 weeks and I still haven't received my order shreds that narrative apart. The Post Office tells me they haven't even received the package yet, while the app claims it was shipped 12 days ago! Unless its coming from China, which it states its not as it is coming from NY, it should never take 2 weeks plus to ship anything through the Post Office inside the US. I'm still not sure at this point if I will ever receive my order. Horrible processing & shipping procedures in place at LightInTheBox

Quality of products is extremely poor. Fabrics cheap, manufacture awful, they do not resemble the images portrayed on the site. They claim to have uk warehouses but you are expected to send back to Asia by tracked mail AND pay the return postage, then they refuse to refund the full amount you paid. Don't waste your money, you wouldn't want to keep this cheap rubbish anyway!

It was described in the ad as 100% cotton and but the tag said " 75%" cotton and it has that cheesy polyester feel. And the price wasn't cheap!
It also took forever, a month, to get here. The sewing of the dress was actually very good, which makes it all the worse.
Don't shop here: They lie.

Do not order from the site!
All items run extra big and not true to size. All clothing materal appears cheap and not well made.
Shipping takes forever! Took 3 weeks to receive.
Plus they charge you for shipping (>$30), which I thought was a a lot and they charge you again ($30) for return items. To have money added back to your card takes several weeks.
Extremely disappointed. Will never order from this site again

The blouses I ordered I did not receive. They keep changing the date of arrival. I did receive two blouses that I did not order. There is an insurance charge of $5.99, which is just a rip-off. They have no phone number for customer service. If I don't get my blouses I'm contacting Visa to fix it.

I purchased three blouses from Lightinthebox which I received 3 weeks later. I used their fitting charts that were not correctly sized to American standards. The blouses did not fit. When I tried to return the blouses they did not have a return policy that was friendly. I had to take pictures of the clothing with tape measures showing the length width bredth and depth of all three garnets. Then they said they would only credit $70 out of $90. When I complained they said they would make it $90.00. I went to the Post Office to mail back to China and the postage would have been $89.50. Which I refused to do. So now still trying to get a credit for the over priced and sly way they do business. DO NOT BUY ANY LIGHTINTHEBOX PRODUCTS. The company is a rip off.

If I would give no stars I would. Purchased a dress for an event. It arrived 3 days past my event. Tried to cancel after placing my order but it wouldn't let me. They said I have to wait to receive. So I did. Tried it on and couldn't even zip it up. Tried to get a full refund but turned down. Now I have to try to recoup my money on my own without returning. Never again will I be purchasing from this website!

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
