Update: Although I got only part of my order but Megha from customer service handled the situation and issued a refund for the part that wasn't shipped. Anyways the quality of the item I got was satisfying and used them all.
I ordered 17 items and received 10 items in a shippment that was supposed to include all of my order. I contacted the customer service but they directed me to the shipping company. The problem was that not all the items were packed which is not the shipping company problem.
Not a single thing the same as advertised. Not blue and white; it is a dull grey. Not cotton. Ordered June 3 and not delivered until June 30.
I will not buy from this company again.

Beware!
Do NOT ever order from this place. I saw lovely clothes advertised and downloaded the app and ordered.
4 months later still not received.
I made enquiry and they told me address was wrong so goods were not delivered and they instructed courier to destroy parcel.
I checked on the app and address is correct and valid
I asked for refund and they refused because they say it is not their policy.
So I paid, gave CORRECT address, never received goods, items got destroyed by their instruction and no refund.
How is this OK?

Like everyone else, I was scammed by this company. The jumpsuit I ordered was shinny, bad quality material and looked nothing like the pictures. The return policy is so convoluted and prevents customers from returning items if they are not satisfied with. They will claim that all your purchases are 'custom made' and as such you cannot return them, and that they are doing you a favour by accepting the item back. In the end the only option I had was to keep the item and get 30% refunded, I only got $70 back from $180 spent. The other option they pretended I had was to ship the item back to a warehouse in China via tracked mail, and that would have cost me $250. Needless to say, I will never ever buy anything from this place ever again.

DO NOT TRUST this AWFUL company! If the product you receive is damaged, or not as described (and it likely will be), they will make it INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT for you to get your money back. They will literally do EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER to keep your money. They'll start out all sweetness and light, saying they understand your frustration and they're 100% committed to resolving the problem. They'll offer to refund you and pay return postage if you send them photos. Then they'll offer you a 30% refund and withdraw the offer to pay postage. Then they'll tell you you'll need to pay to courier the item back to their WAREHOUSE IN CHINA (even if it's both damaged and not as described) and also that you'll need to wait at least 4 weeks for a refund (only for the item though, not for the postage). Then they'll offer you a 50% refund if you keep the item - but they'll only provide a link to a 30% refund. And round and round they'll go, sending you messages, pretending to care, but really just hoping you'll eventually lose the will to live.
The ONLY reason I (eventually) got a refund is because I was fortunate enough to have paid through PayPal and was able to open a dispute. But even after I did that, Lightinthebox REFUSED to communicate through PayPal's messaging system. Every subsequent message came through their own system. Initially they told me they'd deal with me faster if I closed the PayPal dispute. Then they demanded I send them the photos I'd already sent them. Then they offered me the 50% refund again. Then they tried to scare me with the "pay for your own courier and we'll take at least a month to refund you" routine. I copied every one of their messages via screen shots, into the PayPal dispute system and eventually Lightinthebox capitulated and refunded my money - but only after an enormous battle and about twenty messages spanning 7 days. I'm fairly sure that mine wasn't a one-off experience because all they sell is cheap, Chinese-made crap. Every single review on their own website is fake and they even have robots leaving positive reviews for them on another Trustpilot page. Avoid Avoid AVOID!

The return process of this company is the most convoluted, non-intuitive, expensive, time consuming unforgiving policy I have ever encountered. I ordered a replacement band for a Garmin Forerunner 35 watch. That is the correct part, as my original watch has that embossed right on the band. What they ship does not fit that watch, even though that is how they advertise it. There is no way to return or get refund outside of China, and now you are stuck with Google sending tons of ads from them!

I ordered a size "M" men's jacket from LightIn TheBox. They sent me a bad cheap looking "M" jacket thirty days later, nothing to do with the picture they posted. The "M" size was as small as a regular xsmall size, no exageration at all. LightIn TheBox has no return service in place. I had to sent the item to China and it cost me $45.40. They reimbursed me only the jacket price ($53.00) forty days later. Question: Are you going to take a chance?

The replay i have received which is identical in every way, twice received is for ME to check where the package is. They take no notice that the package is not here. I ordered a silver paisley long sleeve dress shirt as pictured on the website. What I was given was something completely different. I asked for a refund but was offered a discount on another item on their website. Why would I want to order another item when I did not get what I wanted the first time. Its been weeks since I requested a refund and I have not heard from this company as of this date. I have attached photos of the shirt advertised and what was sent to me. Completely wrong color, no shine in the shirt and the buttons are also different.

Clarification: I chose the 30% refund for the only reason that it is better than nothing.
I orderd two dresses; one was the wrong color (which I admit could have been my mistake). The other did not fit. When I tried to return them, I was told that the dress had been "custom fit" and was not returnable. "Custom Fit" to me means that I was measured and the dress was made specifically for me. This did not happen! I understand that sizes vary internationally but it is a lie that this dress was custom fit for me. Now I'm stuck with two dresses that don't fit. I was a little skeptical ordering internationally, but I thought I would give it a try. Don't do it!

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
