THE SIZES ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE UK, MATERIAL IS PRINTED, RETURNS PROCESS VERY FRUSTRATING, IF IN UK WHY 5 DAYS DELIVERY AND PROBLEM WITH SIZES. THERE IS NO PAPER WORK WITH THE PACKAGES.
I bought a dress, a pair of shoes and 2 accessories from LITB. Everything was received within 3 weeks. Choose DHL for the fastest shipping, although keep in mind that if you buy something very cheap from LITB the high DHL shipping cost may not be worth it.
If you order through the app, you get 20% off.
LITB uses pictures from designer websites and manufactures dupes, so do not expect to get EXACTLY what they advertise in their pictures. Therefore, you really don't know what you're getting until you get it; occasionally you get something off surprisingly high quality, other times you get complete junk -- that was my experience.
The dress I ordered was very decent for the price, and manageable despite some obvious flaws. I still got a lot of compliments on it.
The shoes (stiletto sandals) looked nice, but after a few hours of wear I was concerned that they weren't feeling very sturdy so I took them off.
The other 2 accessories were very cheaply made, comparable to dollar store quality. I was able to get one of them mended and still use it for its intended purpose, and the other one was completely unusable.
Logistically, LITB doesn't allow returns. Disregard what they say on their website. Even if you somehow convince them that you deserve an exchange or refund, you are still responsible for paying the full shipping costs of the item back to China, and you're likely not getting a full refund; they may offer 30%.
LITB hid the 1 and 2 star reviews I wrote for some of the items so no other potential buyer can see them. They of course made my 4 star review of the dress public immediately.
Overall, use LITB at your own risk. It served the purpose I needed it for, but I probably won't use it again.

Be careful and read every line. On the ordering site they have a section highlighted in red in which you can enter your particular body measurements for clothing. They make it appear that by avoiding entering your particular measurements and ordering a standard size (like women's size 14, for instance) you would be ordering a standard dress and not a MADE TO ORDER dress. But they claim every dress is made to order because of the size (even a standard size) and color. TRICKY! I also did not like the thickness of the dress overall and the extra padding but it is still not returnable because it is "made to order".

I got duped, don't waste your money! I ordered a Large 'sports jacket' but everything about this product is fake, cheap, undersized, deformed and made from an unknow cheap plastic material and sown together as cheaply as possible. Returning will cost you postage back to mainland China and then unknown if you'd ever get refunded because there's no way of contacting anyone in this so called 'company'. I wasted my money and learned a horrible lesson, what you see on their ads is NOT even close to what you'll receive.

Bought a shirt from them using their sizing chart. The shirt was two sizes too small. They do not tell you they do not have return shipping and they want you to pay to return it to China not their shipping center in Fairfield NJ. The return shipping cost more to the consumer than the cost of the shirt and they know this so most people just have to be out the cost like me. So my only option was to donate the shirt to the goodwill.

I orderef 3 linen shirts of that site and to my surprise i get 3 rubberish materials that in no way will wear on hot summer days. TRASH, TRASH. This site need to be closed for selling fake materials and false advertisement. Totally disgusted

I purchased a top and it was quality was horrible, nothing like its picture and then way too small. I tried to copy the picture of the item on the website but it does not allow it. So I wanted to return it and here are the options I was given at first: "A. Keep the item with a 50% reward. (eg. If the item costs 100, you can get a 50 Reward, which is the same as a Coupon). B. Keep the item with a 30% refund. (eg. If the item costs 100, you can get a partial refund of 30 as a discount)."
I told them I wanted a refund and provided tham all the information and the pictures of articles they requested. I informed them that I wanted a refund and here was their reply: "If you choose to return the item for a refund or exchange, please note that you will need to send it to our Asia warehouse using the most affordable tracked postal service available. Typically, postage costs range between $10-$30, and delivery can take between 2-4 weeks. Upon receiving the item and confirming its quality, we will promptly issue a refund or replacement."
However, if returning the item is too inconvenient, we suggest that you keep it and accept the Partial Refund or Reward that we previously offered. To show our commitment to resolving the issue, we are willing to increase our offer by an additional 20% if you choose either of these options. This way, you won't have to go through the return procedure at all." No matter which way you chose, you lose money.
This company relies on the manufacture to provide description and pictures. It appears they do not verify that what they're selling is what is advertised, at least in clothing. I will never purchase from this company again.

Order several items of which were never received. USPS has lost the package while enroute however customer service doesn't appear to want to rectify the problem. This is the same address used on previous deliveries from lightinthebox.com and so the address has been verified. If they will not assure that the product purchased is received then what good is purchasing product from the company.

Update: Although I got only part of my order but Megha from customer service handled the situation and issued a refund for the part that wasn't shipped. Anyways the quality of the item I got was satisfying and used them all.
I ordered 17 items and received 10 items in a shippment that was supposed to include all of my order. I contacted the customer service but they directed me to the shipping company. The problem was that not all the items were packed which is not the shipping company problem.

Beware!
Do NOT ever order from this place. I saw lovely clothes advertised and downloaded the app and ordered.
4 months later still not received.
I made enquiry and they told me address was wrong so goods were not delivered and they instructed courier to destroy parcel.
I checked on the app and address is correct and valid
I asked for refund and they refused because they say it is not their policy.
So I paid, gave CORRECT address, never received goods, items got destroyed by their instruction and no refund.
How is this OK?

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
