I ordered 7 items they were all the cheapest materials and workmanship possible. I wear a 1x but by their size chart I ordered 3x, I got a top that was US medium, one pair of Capri were a 0, that's zero US. I know this because my model granddaughter is a 0 and she tried them on, plus the fact that I've never seen such cheap, nasty fabric! Horrible, awful, terrible, don't do it...need I say more?
Contacted customer service and they promptly responded. They generously offered a full refund without having to ship items back to China. We'll see if they live up to it!

Update august 4th: after writing this review, customer service got in touch with me really quick. Offered me to keep the wrong size summer shoes and that they would send the right size. I was also invited to update my review on this site. Wrote to them every week since i was not receiving the promised replacement. Customer service found all sorts of excuses for the delays. Summer will soon be over. Still have not received a shipment notification. Don't trust those amateurs!

I ordered a dress from these people. Sized it to their size chart. Received a dress, much smaller. Did measurements and photographed as requested when I asked for a refund. Dress was demonstrably smaller. I did eventually get a full refund, but it took some finagling. Not a terrible company once you get to a supervisor. Be cautious with clothing sizes.

I took few clothes from them, almost half of them had nothing to do with the transcription of the materials on the site. I tried to return them, and they closed the ticket with zero answers.

Bad return policy. I don't want a credit for future purchase when the items received doesn't fit. I will not pay return shipping for items I already paid to have them shipped to me. Any efforts to get a full refund is denied with your return policy asking me to do your work by taking measurement and sending photos of proof because you got the sizes wrong in the first place. This is another way to scam people out of their money. Two separate items were order, only one was receive. They did not offer or even try to replace the item never received

As the title says, we were somewhat reluctant to order goods from overseas. There are bad stories enough. A friend recommended Lightinthebox so tried it out, twice in the meantime. To us the following issues are all important: 1) is the website easy for a customer, 2) how does the retailer communicate with the client (orderstatus), 3) does the retailer keep his promisses, 4) is the delivery of goods in accordance with what was promissed and last not least 5) how is the quality of the goods. Well, twice ordered, twice as we are concerned 5 * rating to every aspect. Lightinthebox, we will be back soon for a new order. The photo is from the first order, a poloshirt.
What presents in the photos and what you get at home are two different things.
They just send whatever they got there in the inventory, i once ordered an oversized T-shirt cost $8, i got it, and it was pretty much the same on the photo.
Then i found a different oversized shirt, in the photos it seemed to have a thicker fabric and a crew neck and also it looked that it got a "vintage" treatment so the color is a bit washed and the fringes of the shirt are distressed so it looks cool, and also the price mark was higher at $12
I decided to order that shirt as well, but when i got it, i received the exact same shirt i got before that cost $8, hence i got the same shirt but payed $4 more …
I'll avoid ordering from there again

Ordered 5 shirts for Xmas gifts. They never sent them and never credited my money back! Stay away from they will just take your$$ The U.S. Attorney General should ban them from selling in the US. Write the Attorney General in your state and the US Attorney General so no else gets ripped off

I want to warn others to NEVER purchase clothes from this website. What I received did not look anything like what I saw on their website. All communication from the company was through email only. They initially appeared to be helpful in the return of the product. I sent pictures to prove that the dress I ordered did not match in any way the pictures I saw on the website. Even though I went through that process all they were going to offer me was a 50, (they didn't even put the percent mark) as a coupon on a future order.
They said that I would have to pay for shipping and return the item, and then, if, and only if, they decided that the quality wasn't good enough they would then refund my money and pay for the shipping. Apparently all they have to do is disagree!

I bought two dresses but contacted on Facebook before I bought them and she guaranteed they were hand embroidered. They were not. They told me they would return my money and I gave them all the information several times. They kept telling me the bank does not exist. This has been going on for six months! My banker told me to not, in the future, buy anything from China. Evidently, he sure knew what he was stating.

Clothing is extremely poor quality...poor tailoring, fabric structure of my dresses was not cotton as it was declared. They send you rubbish and you must pay delivery fees for returning it to Chine. They don't have a return tag.
It was my first experience of buying on this site and the last. I will never buy anything from this company again. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

This company was impossible to deal with. I returned the items but they did not issue the credit. It took months to get it worked out and I ate the shipping which was excessive.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
