UPDATE: Since writing my original review Slava from Customer Services has processed my full refund, for which I am very grateful.
I ordered 3 tops marked as Cotton on the website. When they arrived they were all Polyester. I can't wear Polyester so tried to return them for a refund. What a palaver. They didn't want to refund me the full amount and they wouldn't even confirm they would pay my shipping costs which they said could be up to £40. I spent £80 but could have received back less than half of that. They kept offering me coupons and all sorts of nonsense. I just wanted my money back. This was their mistake. I went on holiday for a week and because I was away and hadn't responded to their latest ridiculous email they closed the ticket. I have radio silence now. I'm left with 3 tops that I can't wear. I will never order from them again.
I used the return address provided me to send item to China. Item was held in
China several months then returned to me with no such address. So I lost money--$114 for the cost of the painting plus $28 shipping. Know their return policy before you buy.

Bought 3 face shields 1 was scratched 1was cracked in half 1 was OK. I completed return form and sent photo of the damage. They ask for more photos and make it so difficult to do a return. I gave up and wrote this review. Run away from this company

Absolute shame that I placed an order on June 6,2023 and its already July 15 and I have not received my order of 1 painting. They promised me delivery in 3 - 5 working days and today its a month and a half with zero response from them. All they have to say is that they will check with their local courier and revert. Their local courier company is non existent as I have tried calling and emailing them several times with zero response!

I was shopping for casual summer dresses. When I ordered a two-piece dress, only one piece was delivered. Their cotton/linen dresses seem to be only cotton. No tag info regarding fabric content or origin. When I inquired about returns I was offered an additional credit to keep the items, but I had to remind them of this credit when ordering again. I ended up with 5 dresses that don't fit, are unflattering, or incomplete. I won't be ordering anything else. Enough!

I exchanged e-mails with Light in the Box for weeks asking for a full refund. They continuously countered by offering only a 60% refund or 70% off the cost. Only after threatening to file a complaint with Pay Pal did they finally relent to a full refund. I then had to jump thru many hoops. Sending photos of shorts, tags, tape measurements, then shipping back overseas using a complicated return address. On 07/14/2023 I finally received a purchase and return shipping refund. This however was minus a "Fee." So long story short, I still received less than I paid.

Purchased two men's sport coats.Both arrived size was four sizes too small.I did due diligence for return,Sent pictures,shipping costs,packaging,on my nickel,They continued to place additional requirements for refund.It was a scam of endurance.In summary I sent product back invested in postage,countless time on computer jumping through their hoops.They have never acknowledged my return.Consequently I have lost over one hundred and fifty dollars.

Read their return policy before you buy. You have to return items to Asia at your expense. Their merchandise is identical to Cotosen for which I've written a review where they sent me the wrong items, offered me a pittance as compensation. Be careful!

Terrible quality clothing. Shiny nylon, color not the same as advertised and though I ordered a large, the shirt was actually smaller than any small size I've seen. Terrible. Don't waste your money. Oh and it took almost a month to get my order. Garbage.

We waited a long time to receive our 2 products. When they arrived neither were like they were on the website. The first was much darker which made the room feel very depressing and the second was so blurry that it hurt your eyes to look at it. We returned both immediately but this was a significant inconvenience as we tried to complete our children's rooms. I wish I had never found lightinthebox.

This company is selling misleadingly, the pictures on their site bear absolutely NO RESEMBLANCE to the clothing when it arrives, I had no idea they were based in China, when you try to return you'll find their site is impossible to to find how to return, no return labels etc, so I opened a case on PayPal, so then they began offering me up to 60% off to keep this tat. I escalated the case so I was offered a full refund but had to pay the postage, that cost me £24.20, I'm still in dispute to get my postage back.
DO NOT BUY FROM-THIS COMPANY, ITS RUBBISH AND THE ITEMS ARE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ON THEIR SITE.

I ordered 7 items they were all the cheapest materials and workmanship possible. I wear a 1x but by their size chart I ordered 3x, I got a top that was US medium, one pair of Capri were a 0, that's zero US. I know this because my model granddaughter is a 0 and she tried them on, plus the fact that I've never seen such cheap, nasty fabric! Horrible, awful, terrible, don't do it...need I say more?
Contacted customer service and they promptly responded. They generously offered a full refund without having to ship items back to China. We'll see if they live up to it!
As promised, I received my refund. I must admit I was shocked. The customer service process was quick and efficient! I'm impressed.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes size 41. Only one came with right size and products not same as either picture nor description. Customer service does not respond. I have been fooled like sooooooooo many customers. Never again. This site should go off the market: only scares customers into buying online!
Update august 4th: after writing this review, customer service got in touch with me really quick. Offered me to keep the wrong size summer shoes and that they would send the right size. I was also invited to update my review on this site. Wrote to them every week since i was not receiving the promised replacement. Customer service found all sorts of excuses for the delays. Summer will soon be over. Still have not received a shipment notification. Don't trust those amateurs!

I ordered a dress from these people. Sized it to their size chart. Received a dress, much smaller. Did measurements and photographed as requested when I asked for a refund. Dress was demonstrably smaller. I did eventually get a full refund, but it took some finagling. Not a terrible company once you get to a supervisor. Be cautious with clothing sizes.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
