I absolutely love the graphics on both shirts I ordered. I wish I could wear them. I ordered 2xl. These are more like a medium to a large at best. Not adult 2xl by any means. Sadly I won't be ordering shirts from light in the box again. Not worth the disappointment of not being able to wear such a nice shirt.
UPDATE: After contacting customer service they diligently worked to rectify the problem. They honestly made every possible effort to create a pleasing customer service. This alone will make me willing to but from light in the box again. I must say this has been my only bad experience.

There is no customer service and I cannot cancel the account I set up. Thank God I never ordered from them.

The advertised prices are a scam.

A great experience overall.

I was completely satisfied with my order. The price was reasonable. The quality of the material was good. In fact the item even looked much better when I saw it and felt it in person. I couldn't ask for a better fit. Delivery time was as promised. Good job! I'll definitely continue to shop at LightInTheBox.

Too small sizes of the sandals

Beware returns need to be tracked back to China. Never using this site again.
They should have a UK address to send the items back to you.
Also the sizes are very small fitting for women.

READ THE FINE PRINT

Total Frustration! My order was held at customs for 71.00, I thought it was a scam to pay DHL, my money did get refunded.
My next issue was the size of a suit I ordered, I wanted to return it, however there was a process for taking measurements to compare to their chart. There is only one real option, As follows take 50% in credit on your next order. NO CASH OR EXCHANGE which is all I wanted

Light In The Box is an awful company... the clothes were NOT what I ordered, then they wouldn't return or refund anything like they said they would. You should be banned from the USA! A VERY FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

The delivery time was ok but package was not hand delivered. It was just left in doorway. The shorts were not correct size a size smaller then ordered. Would like if a replce could be sent. The belt on the other hand was perfect. And the quality of both were excellent.

Nice quality but not true to size. I'm a 2XL, but ordered 3XL. When items arrived, fit like XL. Nothing about the dress or top was a plus size.
After reviewing my comments, I was contacted by customer service department WITHIN 24 HOURS. My situation was IMMEDIATELY RECTIFIED. Because of this I will definitely order again. Like I said, quality of the items were very good, just not my size.
