I ordered a dress from the website. The picture LightIn The Box had on the website was very beautiful. Once I got the dress it was of very poor quality, nothing like the picture and the fit was off. Because this was what they considered a made to order dress, which is not custom made, they would not issue me a refund. How can you not issue a refund on an item that doesn't meet expectations?Stay away from this company. I will never order from them again and I will be sure to tell my family and friends to stay away. This company is a rip-off.
Awful and untrustworthy. Their returns policy is so ridiculous and difficult it is obviously designed this way to put you off doing the return. It's is also expensive and with no reimbursement of the return postage. You have been warned. They sell cheap crap!

First time Buyer from this company and the shirts literally do not match with what is shown on their website. Colors and fabric do not match to the pictures online. I tried to return my items and I have to ship them back to Jiaxing,China to a person/company named TianGuiChuan. I received the Order from New Jersey. This is a rip off. Why can't I just send this pack to their Warehouse in New Jersey? Buyer Beware!

I have been trying to get the company to give me my refund for months. They wouldn't send me a return shipping label and found them mailed it back myself. Sent them pictures of the measurements. I normally wear a large so I ordered in XL it fitted like a medium I sent pictures of me wearing them.

The dress I ordered is fine but the sleeves are snug so I wanted to exchange it for a larger size. You don't make it easy. Measure this, measure that, take pictures. I opted just to keep the dress and try to adjust the snugness myself. I will not be ordering dresses anymore.

Je suis très satisfaite de mes achats. Les tailles sont un peu grandes, il m'aurait fallu de l'XS, mais la qualité est très bonne.
The dress was not as pictured. Sleeves were 3/4 length in picture, but it was short-sleeved. Neck came down lower than pictured. Return takes numerous emails to even get the address to send it to. When you get the address and go to the post office you find out it costs more to return it than ithe dress is worth. They give you 30% of the value as a "refund." I would never order from them again.

Very disappointed with the customer service! I am asking to exchange a dress and they do not want to exchange! I am not asking for any refund! I ordered 4 products. 2 were damaged upon receipt and the other two were not appropriate sizes.
In an attempt to return the product, they state that the only way is to pay for return package to Asia. AND, you have to enter each product individually. Hence, the cost to return is almost equivalent to the cost of the product. They do not warn you of that factor prior to purchasing.

Previous review stated:They do NOT correct inaccurate shipments (I received an inferior dress- see photo #1- without the advertised design- see photo #2) and the return procedure was tedious although the emails were polite. I ended up accepting a 70% CREDIT TO SITE refund (not originally offered). When ordering with them again using the coupon rebate, including all their shipping charges, etc, I ended up losing about $56 overall in the new inexpensive purchase combined with the money I lost with the original purchase. I should just have eaten the loss. Will not use them again. They should have a USA return site!

Szinte mindent megtalálok, amire szükségem van. Szín önállóan a termékek. A csomagolás lehetne jobb, sajnos nem áru kímélő. A szállítási költség nagyon magas.
Fast delivery with well communicated delivery info. Product is as ordered and works fabulously in my car. All in all a good experience.
After reading their "ethics" I ordered two dresses. They took 3 wks to arrive. Workmanship is shoddy and the fabric smells like chemicals. The "linen" is paper thin and feels like gauze. The items are China made and are crap. I'll be tossing them rather than throwing more money away to return them TO CHINA!

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
