I really like the t-shirts

I really like the style and quality of the shirts. Because I've never bought clothes online before I was very hesitant to start with this one. T took the plunge and am now the proud owner of 12 shirts. I have also bought as gifts. My wife bought 7 tops plus a dress and is also very happy. Downside is the waiting time to receive my purchase. It takes between 3 and 4 weeks. Some of the problem is customs in my country.
I also was stuck with a 35% duty on one order.
All in all still very happy.

A fraud

I bought a cotton caftan. Was 100 % polyester. Linen trousers were 5% linen. They refused to give me my money back. This is a scam. Do not EVER buy from them. Eventually got some refund for 2 products that I will never wear.

LightInTheBox attempted to help this customer through the SmartCustomer Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Stay away!

My wife bought a jump suit that she wasn't happy with and we attempted to return. The company has a complicated process on returns and found out it would cost me 28.00 to return to an address in China! Needless to say we will never do business with them again!

Worst company to do business with.

The items I received were the wrong size and the quality was really subpar. The fabric felt weird and smelled really bad. They demanded that in order to return the items I ship them to CHINA. The garbage they sent me has a return address in New Jersey. Why couldn't the return be made there? The return shipping cost $48.00 to China - the total of the items I returned was $103.00. This is how unscrupulous companies discourage customers from returning items. THEY SHOULD BE STOPPED.

First order was a learning curve.

First time order on this site took some navigating and difficult moments with technology.
The app is a much easier experience than shopping with a tablet on the site. Best advice from me is to have an idea of what you're looking for first, then browse. So many choices made my decisions difficult and sizing not as accurate.

Multi-use underwear

I bought 4 graphic tees and two more "Brave Person" thong underwear. The tees are a hit! I get all kinds of positive feedback from others when I wear the tees. The thongs are so comfortable, I don't even know I have them on. They are not only good as underwear but the can be used as a swimsuit, a jockstrap or as loungewear. Not only are they comfortable but they are also sexy, attractive to wear around the house. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!

Shopping wisely

I find the quality of the clothes to be good. The sizing is difficult. I brought according to the size chart yet I had to reorder a few times to get it right. Which leads me to the next thought, They state that they have a wearhouse in the USA to exchange items with. Unfortunately all my returns would have to be returned to Asia. This would cost more than the price I paid so now I have extra clothes that I can't wear. So be carefull when you pick your size.

Customer Service that is Second to None

My wife and I ordered a dress for a wedding we are to attend and based the size to order on the sizing chart supplied with the dress. To be extra safe, we ordered a size smaller than the chart indicated.

When the dress arrived we were impressed with the quality of the fabric and the garment construction. I was comparable to local dresses we had shopped that cost three times as much. The color was actually at least four shades darker than the illustration on our computer screen. As the dress was a "steal", she decided to keep it and adjust for the color difference even though she was not happy with the shade difference.

However, when my wife slipped into the dress, it was over a size too large! Disappointment is not the word because this dress was a bargain's bargain.

I then contacted LITB for return instructions and return authorization. As a result of some confusion on my part, it was necessary for Customer Service to enter the return process.

If the quality of the dress was impressive, the assistance I received from LITB Customer Service made it appear ordinary. The Representative was overly courteous and concerned with my situation and worked to ensure I would be completely satisfied with the offered solution.

I will say this, the resolution with the overly dark shade vs. the Internet illustration and size differential put almost every Customer Service I have ever dealt with to shame.

The resolution offered to me far exceeded my expectations.

Light In The Box is dedicated to customer satisfaction above everything else when it involves the customer experiencing a problem with their order.
