Some of items are VERY LOW quality, one it is what I see in the pictures and one it is what I receive in 50% of the items.At least 30% from what I bought I want to return but doesn't exist a return program.I found another site who has free delivery and 90 days return policy so by by!
Quality of the things I order are excellent. Sizing may run a bit smaller I receive products I order very quickly.

Received the order in a timely manner. The 3xl rust colored dress w/ jacket fit, so I didn't even open the 2xl. The 2nd 2xl which was a gold knit spaghetti strap dress w/ long jacket. Tried on, it fit because of the stretch, but the spaghetti strap would not stay in the flimsy plastic circle. I put it back in a few times, put the dress back on but it kept coming out. Obviously, that makes it unwearable.
So was able to file a request for return of that item several days ago for it, but could not for the other 2xl dress. Your software would not let me add the 2nd dress which is too small. How do I get a return request for the 2nd dress? Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. I am so glad that I found the right dress for my granddaughter's wedding. SA
Fits well sleeves a little long but tucked them under. Arrived close to date expected.
These guys think that screwing me out of $200 of worthlessly undersized and unlabeled clothing is all on me. They are mistaken. My sense is to be skeptical of their evals. I tried to workout a refund on their useless clothes, they agreed, suckered me in to releasing claim on PayPal, then ghosted me when it came time to refund. Not trust worthy.
Almost nothing fit. Furthermore, the return policy and process is very confusing.

I ordered an item very easily after I documented myself. The price is very good for many products. The delivery was good and easy to track permanently. Considering the distance from the sender to the destination, 3 weeks seems to me to be a reasonable term. I recommend shopping here.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
