Quick delivery very good prices for quality goods. I've ordered 2 more of the sweat shirts.
I bought different typed of sweaters all of them are the rifgt sizes. But one is for summertime. The handbag looked nicer on the picture but it is o.k.
I first bought a two coats.one I can wear and one I cannot. Than I bought 2 dresses,one I wear the other not. Buying at Light in the Box is like gambling.

Ordered 2 shirts for myself and 2 for gifts as they looked great on the site. Beware, pictures can be misleading on quality and sizing. I received today and would send back if shipping wasn't so incredibly high! Am extremely disappointed that while I thought they would be decent quality, they are made out of very thin material that I believe will last till the first wash only! Would never buy from here again!

Quality is equal to money spent with no upside perks. I ordered a "true to size" sweater that was 2 sizes too small, caked in loose fabric fibers, dust, lint and now HAVING DIFFICULTY RETURNING IT.
It is a genuine Herculean effort to return a item - instead I was offered a discount to simply keep it!
NOT MY TYPE OF ONLINE RETAILER. The process requested I send photos of the product and moreover, PROOF OF PURCHASE!

Order number ******* - TID *******. They supplied pajamas with dark grease marks on them and the top & the bottoms were very different shades of pink. On requesting a return & refund, they offered a 50% refund to accept the fault which I refused. Despite chasing them, they have then ghosted me. Can I be bothered with the hassle for circa £25? No, probably not.

I have dealt with many company's that are online and shipping your order to you. You will never wonder when your purchases have been shipped, where they are, and when you will receive them. The company sends you an updated status of your purchases and exactly when they will arrive. They are a fantastic site and have great items at terrific prices.
I purchased some cycling clothing and was not able to wear half the items I purchased. Shorts were to thin and did not fit correctly. They do not accept returns in the US. They will give you a partial refund or you just have to keep the items. I donated them to Salvation Army with the tags still on them!

Order was for wearing to a holiday party. The look is just what I wanted. However, the fit is larger than I expected so in that sense I am a little disappointed.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
