I like that your site has a variety of items to select. Many styles are unique. This is a all shopping site for me.
All items were received in good condition and in good delays for Chinese products. I really enjoyed the fake candles that really look like they are lit with a real flame, without the fear of fire. The remote control works perfectly. I bought 7 packages and intend to buy more for myself and for gifts.
I've used light in the box twice now for 3 pairs of shoes and a pair of pyjamas and all the items have arrived very well packed and although i live in france very prompt and tracked easily,so all in all 10/10

I have bought a few items from the light in the box. So far my experience has been very good. Products are exactly what they are. Shipping is a bit timely and having to pay in us funds is a bit expensive and annoying. When the product is shipped directly to Canada? But i will be buying more stuff anyway.
Even though the prices are low, the products are good. The dress is what it should be. The only issue is the sleeves. The way they are cut, you cannot lift your arms!
My 2nd delivery took over a month. But I was happy with my purchases. I think that the sizing chart should be reviewed because not all the items were equal in sizes.

I've purchased several items for golf and have been very pleased with the quality & fit of what I received. Price is reasonable, shipment does come from China but received my parcel within 10 days.
Very quick service, package was delivered in 10 days even though shipment came from China. Clothing fit as expected and seems to be good quality. Haven't actually worn the items yet, but happy with look and feel.
Have gotten several very cute golf tops that fit perfectly! Love them! Had a bit of a size/fit problem with the sweatshirts but customer service has been great and have solved the problem promptly.

I often order from an other site in China and all charges are included in the total payment. So no bad surprises! I thought I was getting a good deal but it ended up not being a deal at all. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
