I am a double amputee lost both legs in 2022 when I was in hospital I needed clothes as my former wardrobe would not do so I decided I want to be an inspiration and wear clothes that are happy so I was able to buy hearts and stars and love and sparkles all at a very reasonable price. It has worked out well I am inspiring and I have such a positive outlook and showing it with clothes as well as my whole being. So for me Light in the Box was were I was able to get Valentines Day sweaters in August with hearts and love for 5 or 6 dollars a shirt just wonderful. The shipping has taken longer but it is coming from China so to be expected.the customer service team is great any issues have been dealt with professionally and very curtious with all my interactions I am very impressed with the company. The business model of offering coupons and credits is very smart of course I put it in the cart because I want it they make sure to tell me stock is running out good ploy! They also send much too many emails but again that is marketing. As an online only retailer though I couldn't ask for a better company to deal with I like them and I hope they keep doing what they do the way they are doing it!

I have ordered from Light in the box a few times. The first was a dress which looked exactly like the photo.
The second order was disappointing. Items were tiny or material flimsy or item did not match photo, one item was torn. Not satisfied with second order and returning doesn't work, so I will pay those items forward to ppl in need.
The delivery was fast and the well packaged. The items fit the description. Customer supprort was helpful and friendly.
It was fast easy. No fuss. Everything arrived as promised.

Bis auf kleine Abweichungen bei manchen Farben sind die Stücke schön, weich und auf der Haut sehr angenehm. Einzig - die Liefergebühr finde ich zu hoch. Sonst sehr empfehlenswert.

I am so upset with this company. Everything I received was supposed to be Christmas gifts. When I opened the orders I was in shock with what I had received. Everything was total garbage, I wouldn't even donate it to goodwill. The sizes were crazy and the fabric was cheap and badly put together. I could go on about how bad the orders were but I will get too upset. Please anyone reading this DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
