System was not initially user friendly; however, once establishing on line account, ordering was easy. Order was received in a timely fashion. Overall price not bad but once you add S&H, it's pricey. Quality of item: bulbs not as pink as expected. Plus, there were bulbs that were pinker than others in the same order - consistency off.

I thought the shipping was high for the tiny product that I ordered but otherwise happy
