Great selection of products, and easy to get things done. I originally ordered an item that was not available - I re-ordered something that I ordered from Lighting Supply several years ago, without checking to see if the same item was still available, and it turned out that the manufacturer had discontinued it - but the customer service people at Lighting Supply quickly identified what was, in effect, the same item from the same manufacturer, just under a different SKU, and I was able to get what I needed, when I needed it. This was great, they went above and beyond what I would have expected them to do, to track down what I needed.
