Everything was positive. Easy to find the item I was looking for. Competative pricing and essentially one stop shopping saves me time. Don't like the pop up box for live chat on every screen. It is intrusive and distracting. Make it an option on the first screen and then just a button on all following screens.

I like because it was simple.

I received my order the day after I placed it, in less than 24 hrs. And my card wasn't charged until 2 days after ai placed my order. The bulbs I ordered were unique, hard to find in my area, and expensive. Lightingsupply was 50% less expensive!
