Fixed faulty lights in an elevator. Visitors can now see clearly and safely.
I found the wait time for a regular order to be much too long and ended up paying $66 for a $21 dollar item. With today's shipping competition compared to other vendors I would think that shipping could be 2 day at a far less price.
One of the 3 tubes I rec'd did not work

The fixture provided great, bright lighting for our closet. Installation was relatively simple for anyone with basic electrical skills- two push-in connections for the main wires and then connect the ground wire. Provided just what I needed for the closest lighting.
When I first shopped with lightingsupply.com I was prompted to chat with your customer service. So after a short while I clicked the chat invite. After I initiated, someone introduced herself and asked how she could help... then no more response from her after I typed in my question... pretty strange, right?
A couple of days later, I decided to give it another try shopping. But this time I did it all the way by myself and completed the order. Now that I made the purchase, received the goods in good order & time, I'm quite pleased... except for that chat. That's why Only 4 stars. If the chat didn't happen, this would be a 5 stars transaction. Thanks.
