Was happy to find the light bulbs I was looking for at your site and the account registration was well organized and easy for me to fill out.

I do have a question. On my print out order page, it showed my discount of 16.80.
But on the packing slip, it showed a higher total because there wasn't the discount there.
Did I or did I not get the discount.

Easy to order required bulbs, good selection of products, arrived on time without damage to the bulbs.

Shipping is very high...Some of the bulbs I received looked as if they were used previously (browning color on the outer part of the glass.)
