Hard to find bulbs available
I've purchased from you before, and will again. Would suggest place to review products. Had our Thanksgiving guests compare the LED lights we ordered against traditional halogens. Most common comment was that color wasn't as good, dimming wasn't as good. As the technology continues to develop, I expect we'll see improvement. It would be useful to have a quick and obvious note as to color/dimming ability next to each order-- perhaps even an email alert when there is a substantial quality improvement over a previous order.
The bulbs seem to be much better quality than the ones I received from Impressions Vanity where three of them were broke in shipment

Lamps were as described, functioned as expected.
Quick, easy, I even called customer service for a help during the process and they were very helpful also.
This was the only site that had exactly what I needed. (or so I thought) Turns out they were the wrong length. The misunderstanding was probably half my fault. With a phone call they determined they did not carry the odd tube I needed and immediately refunded the purchase price and did not require me to pay the postage to return the product. I am delighted with their service.

I received the wrong green bulb...I ordered a 130 volt bulb and received a 120 volt bulb that is not the same bulb that shows on your site...I have called and discussed this this your a customer service rep (Darcel?) and am waiting to hear back...order #*******
