Experience was very good. I did not need a case, but when I have tried ordering 2 or 3 they end up broken in transit. These were delivered in perfect condition and will last as long as I keep the RV.

Quick and easy process.

The emergency lighting fixture I ordered came with the battery holder bracket broken. I just used velcro to hold the battery in place. Didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it.

Excellent web serv. Employees ( Rose) 1st rate...toffee LED retrofit kit 1st rate. Engineered by someone who has done the job, not a pencil pusher. Guy that thought of the magnet to hold unit up while attaching to toffee deserves a raise!
