I've learned that installing trunk lift supports is not as simple as providing the year-make-model of the vehicle. The customer service rep took the part model number (which of course didn't match anything) and identified suitable substitutes. This took a good 6-7 email exchanges to finally nail down - and the CSR was unfailingly polite and helpful. The lifts arrived on-time and undamaged, the installation instructions were easy to understand and - most importantly - accurate. I was able to remove the existing lift supports and install the new pair in less than 3 minutes using only a screwdriver. A++++++++++++++++

The hood lifts for my 2013 car were shot. I used the website and picked what I thought were the correct ones but there were a choice of three. I forgot her name but we discussed the three various lifts before I chose the Strong Arm Lifts.
