I ordered several different size lift supports. The shipping time was stated as 1-2 days. When my order arrived 4 days later, it was missing one of the lift supports. I immediately responded by sending an email to the order confirmation address. I heard no response back for two days. (apparently no one monitors this address) So I called Customer Service. They took my information and stated that my request to send the missing item needed to be reviewed and approved before shipment. Now 5 days later I still do not have the lift support that I ordered. So it has been almost 2 weeks since I placed the order on 4/30/25 and still no delivery of that support.
If i knew it was an amazon company i would of bought it elsewhere
