I was a dedicated member of the life points panel for quite some time, checking for surveys every day. They cancelled my account for supposedly violating guidelines while I was mid survey with no warning and no recourse. They pay well - but be warned that you need to stay on top of rewards redemptions so that if you get unexpectedly kicked out, you won't lose your efforts.

My first time experiencing any survey and it will be my last. I used Lifepoints. In the beginning, it sounds good to earn 300 per month because that's what they only show but it stops there. Horrible experience! The crushed site, you cannot redeem the money that you are entitled too, there are no surveys available, and no customer service available, if you get one survey in a month that's a lot you don't even get one! Waste of time!

My experience with LifePoints so far is exciting, really engaging & very satisfying. Exciting in a way that you'll get to anticipate each time surveys come in. If it's not a fit for you then better luck next time, but this time, they give you points for answering a few questions. They make you feel your opinion really matters because of this community that they have where you can share your feedbacks, show support and also possibly win rewards. LifePoints customer service is amazingly very helpful & they won't stop until your concerns are being addressed.

Cashed in some small points couple of times without a problem. Built up my points for a bigger reward and try to log in and it says my account has been disabled. No e-mail nothing, no reason. I send them an e-mail thinking it was a glitch but they send one back stating I did something against their terms.Asked them what terms I violated, still no explanation. Asked about cashing in the points I had indeed already earned, they never paid up or communicated. Always communicated by internet, as they have no phone to talk to live person. Totally unprofessional, should be shut down by BBB. Advise folks to use a legitimate site like Survey Junkie, as Lifepoints panel is a scam, and they are thieves.

I was a member of this website for more than a year. Pleasant surveys I need to say. And suddenly my account got cancelled. I asked them why? They responded I broke the rule, they did not say which exactly rule. I had some points to redeem and obviously cannot do this now. It looks like this usual practice for this company

I have been taking surveys on GPT sites since 2014 and on other sites since 2010. I came up on this site last year, DO NOT,I REPEAT DO NOT,try to complete all the surveys that they offer you,you will be banned without explaining why. They show you many,many easy surveys to complete for 50,75,100,150 or on a rare occasions,525 points. If you complete $5 a day for 4 or 5 days,you will be banned. You just completed surveys and they don't want to pay you. They robbed, I mean online robbery for $15 for 3 days of $5 each. These surveys haven't been reversed,but they take your money in paranoia of them coming back. I wasted 3 days and $15 with these criminals!

I received dishwasher tablets in tje mail to use for a month then give a honest review on lifepoints. I dont go to lifepoints very often because there are never any reviews on their site for me. I did what i wad supose to do so i went to the life point website to leave my review and they had cancled my membership. Who does thay to a company who spent money sending out their product for a review.

Life Points blocked my account and gave no valid reason, other then to say it was an overwhelming breach of their terms and conditions.
They are a bunch of cowboys and thieves who have stolen 2200 of accrued points, and then make up some excuse for cancelling your account.

Like hundreds of others here had my account cancelled for violating terms of service.When I inquired what term was violated No reply was proffered.I intend on following up with the BBB.They have a patern of unethical practices and i will pursue this with the appropriate agency.Never an email or notification to explain their arbitrary and capricious decision.There are several survey sites that respect their associates and the time they commit to taking surveys.This is NOT one of them.
EDIT: The further elevated review was a waste of time and unfruitful.It took a reporting to the B.B.B. For lifepoints to take me seriously.They reactivated my account and returned the points they confiscated.If you truly believe you are in the right I would suggest pursuing your claim with the BBB.

I had the same issue a lot of people have had with LifePonts: Registered one morning, spent an hour filling out the surveys on my dashboard and very nearly got enough points to get the £5 gift voucher. Woohoo! I was looking forward to my dash refreshing with more and being able to finally finish earning that bit of extra pocket money. Then a few hours later, poof, I log back in and my account is banned without any explanation given. I contacted customer support and got a boilerplate response that my account had been suspended for security reasons.
Honestly it just seems like it's an absolute gamble whether you get to stay a member or not and I'd hate for you to end up like me, wasting an hour of time for nothing in return. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason behind these bans.

Have been with lifepoints for such a long time and have always redeemed regularly. Spend s lot of time doing the right thing with my responses and even though their surveys let you finish and then don't reward you I have still stuck with them. There is no reward for loyalty with these people. They have cancelled my account with no good reason just a generic email. They won't respond back with any evidence as to why. They owe me at least $100 in rewards and won't pay up. Don't bother, this is almost criminal activity and I will be taking it further, with the relevant authorities. These guys must be held to account for their behaviour.

I've been a member of this site for years and for the most part It's been fun and promising.
Yesterday I was banned from the site after trying to redeem a considerable amount of points
I've never violated and terms
I've contacted the Better Business Bureau because these people are committing fraud and need to be held accountable
All I want now is my money for my time and effort.
Too many people are complaining and this has to stop

Registered, received welcome email. Go to login to check on surveys and receive an error message saying membership is temporarily unavailable. Contact support who reply that information provided during the registration process did not pass some security checks and I violated the User Agreement. All I ever did was complete the profile and try to do a survey. I belong to many other survey sites and my information has never not been accepted. Pathetic. Do not recommend wasting time with this joke of a site.

I completed a survey about a prototype insurance website. Within hours I recieved 3 calls trying to give me insurance quotes. Additionally, today I recieved very positive feedback on a survey regarding new foods and my perceptions about them. My written answers were thought out, descriptive, and thorough. Yet two hours later my account was disabled. I had just requested my first payment. It wasn't much but I wanted to make sure the site was legit. I'm unsure if these surveys are legit or not. All I know is that I don't want to participate if my information doesn't remain confidential.

Deactivated account suddenly right after I completed a study claiming to reward me with a large sum of points. I sent an inquiry and the explanation wasn't truthful (said I rushed through surveys when my responses are always thoughtful). Don't waste your time giving them your opinions when they'll expect them for free under a false guise.

Bad site, locked me out of my account after point accumulation saying that I had violated their terms. When I asked what I had done (after reading their terms) they responded that they couldn't tell me as it was against their security policy. They should be shut down.

I was suddenly denied access to my account for no good reason after redeeming 600 points for a $5.00 PayPal load and wanted to know why. I linked my PayPal account to LifePoints and submitted an email change to match it. I submitted a ticket and I have now received an email stating that my account was closed due to inactivity when I had just recently resumed taking surveys! I was constantly receiving emails to "make your opinions count". I discovered that I joined LifePoints in July of 2021 via my yahoo email address and my account has been active ever since. I recently started taking surveys again after receiving numerous emails to do so. After receiving a bit over 600 points, I decided to redeem them for $5 via PayPal. Since my PayPal username was different from the LifePoints, it was advised through "The Support Team" to link the two in order for the $5 to be added to my account. Don't trust them! I'm contacting law enforcement. It's only $5, but I gave up personal information which is priceless! Totally unacceptable!

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
Answer: I never felt this as a scam since I have already recieved my gift cards in a short span of time.
Answer: Typically it may take upto 5 days for the PayPal to transfer the amount to your account. One thing you have to note that the e-mail for the LifePoints account and PayPal account should be the same, which I faced due to which some delay happened to me.
