We monitor reviews for authenticity
Been a member for few months now. Surveys easy too do some take longer than others but you get rewarded more points. Only down side is sometimes no surveys for upto 7 days.
Don't trust those people. They pay out a small amount at first and after that, you build up your points for a bigger reward and try to log in and it says your account has been disabled. No e-mail nothing, no reason. I send them an e-mail thinking it was a glitch but they send one back stating I did something against their terms. I ask them what I did. No answer. So in other words I did nothing wrong. They don't want to pay out. Scammers.

My account was closed without explanation and Lifepoints refuses to give any sort of explanation except a range of possible violations, none of which I committed. And they won't let me open a new account.

I live in uae and i used to have a account in live a week ago i had 4.5 usd and today when i tried to log in it

Was able to do several surveys successfully. But one day they just deactivate your account and forfeits all existing points.
The only reason that customer support would provide is that they detected suspicious activity. No proof or examples whatsoever.

They let you fill in a few surveys so they can get some information. Then they ban your account before you make any money and still use what you filled in so far. If they do that with enough people they never have to pay out for any information. Massive scam, don't waste your time.

I have been on this site for about 3 months. I would do surveys whenever they would appear on the site. They do payout and have been paid a few times. The one day my account was cancelled, right out of the blue. I wasn't given a warning without any legit explanation of exactly what I had done. I never got pai out for my last 15 dollars. I wrote them for an explanation and got the response posted below. I was pretty offended that i was accused of "We are aware of certain members completing surveys in an untruthful manner". I was very disappointed with their email responses. I like to believe i am a pretty honest person. I have been doing surveys on other website for years now without any problems. If you do anything business with this website cash out ASAP just in case they decide to ban with without warning. You have been warned.
Update: I did get my 15 dollars a few days later.

I have been on thier site now for OVER 5+ years, all the way BACK to GLOBAL TEST MARKET...
All of the sudden I couldnt LOG IN, I emailed them, they replied said I violated thier TOS, that is total BS, NOT True been on thier sites for OVER 5 years. They just RIPPED ME OFF for the points in my account.
Now Ill file COMPLAINTS with the BBB (I believe they are in NEW JERSEY)

Signed up, got on, and started filling out some surveys. It was clear as I filled them out that it was going to take a lot of effort to get any kind of minimal payment. But I planned to continue the next day and when I attempted to log in I received a message saying that the information I filled out "during the registration process did not pass some security checks we perform", and that "we cannot the registration at this time." Not any kind of explanation beyond that. It was a complete waste of time.

After a number of years using LifePoints successfully, over the last year three times I had to complain about not getting points I had earned. The points were 1500 each for filling out a monthly expense diary. Now my account has been suspended and any points I have earned were forfitted. When I contacted customer service all they said was I had contravened their terms of service and refused to say what I had actually done. Oh yes guess what I was again filling out the monthly expense diary.

Points are never added to my total when screened out when it says they should be added instantly, although it's only 2 points, they still aren't added

I answer all of the questions, but my answers seem not to be acceptable to them. Rarely do I get enough points to make this worth my time.

I was a daily user of Life Points for years. I never had trouble until now. I got their emails every day inviting me to do surveys A few days ago I sent them a help desk email stating I had trouble signing in. Since it was a weekend, I got a quick reply they would be working on it. On Monday I got an email from. Them stating that my account was suspended since I violated their policy and I am suspended and lost all my saved points which were over *******. I started to research the company and started seeing lots of complaints that were like mine. When you reach a certain amount of points you get exactly the same e-mail

LifePoints is not a legitimate survey site. When you decide to take the survey for however how long, right after you finish your survey they purposely boot you out from getting the points you deserve. I feel that LifePoints is a liar and a scheme artist trying to trick you into taking their surveys to sell your opinions to others, yet you never get the points you are looking for. I have been on LifePoints for over a month and just before I can get to my 5-6 dollar mark I was booted out of the survey just as I was finished. HEART BROKEN. 11/18/2022

Lifepoints allows the companies to scrub surveys and if your answer doesn't support the survey objective, even if the panelist answered as honestly as possible to amateurish, poorly formed as questions, they strike the whole survey and claw back the reward. This happened in the previous incarnation, MySurvey, and rebranding to lifepoints, didn't improve the outcomes. Rebranding to lifepoints just allowed the parent company to start deceit anew, with a different name.

Was due for an Amazon gift card to be sent to me for my time and I suddenly receive an error that my account was disabled. When questioning the reasons why I was just simply told I had a violation of terms and conditions with no explanation on what violation was made. All points were taken away, so the time I spent earning the small gift card was totally wasted. Don't bother with this site.

Update: Upgrading to windows 10 was the answer.
I have been a member for several years. For the last 3 months 9 out of ten surveys says I don't quality. 2 weeks ago I started a daily log survey requiring 7 days of answers to get the points. After 3 days of questions the survey disappeared. For years MyTelcosurvey was good for 50 points each month. When it doesn't say I don't qualify I still don't receive the points. They have told me it was on my end and to clean my browser, use another browser... nothing fixes it. Not even on a different machine. They always say they are trying to find the problem. It's now just a big waste of time. I used to make $5 almost every week.

Blocking your account multiple times for imaginary reasons, suspicious and unfriendly platform. NOT RECOMMENDED. There are plenty of other quality survey sites to enjoy but not Life Points.

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
Answer: I never felt this as a scam since I have already recieved my gift cards in a short span of time.
Answer: Typically it may take upto 5 days for the PayPal to transfer the amount to your account. One thing you have to note that the e-mail for the LifePoints account and PayPal account should be the same, which I faced due to which some delay happened to me.
