My account was close in April or May and points, and a cash reward was taken from me. They said that they find an over whelming evident in my account. I ask for proof, they will not show me, also said that I had more than one account. I know ask them about 1500 point for dairy study and 580 points that my son did for dairy study. I would like to know what evident they have.

I used the website for maybe a week or so, accumulated 3100+ points, did a survey that was 1500 points and then the rest were all 5-100. I cashed in my points for £25 in total, and maybe two days after my account is suddenly deleted for "overwhelming evidence" of violating the rules, my points were forfeited, etc. Still waiting to get that £25 but I highly doubt it. When I emailed them they responded quickly but the emails were automatic, and the moment I asked if I can still expect to see my rewards in my account they stopped responding to me. Just avoid this website. Would recommend something like Ipsos Isay instead — I've had a better experience using that and the rewards are legit, I've had them actually come through and used my rewards. Don't even bother with LifePoints

I'm in the exact same boat as many of the other reviewers. I logged in one day to find that my account was "temporarily suspended" so I contacted Customer service via email to see if it in fact, was just temporary. After a few days just received the same generic email saying that I had violated their terms. Don't know exactly what I did wrong, but wish someone would tell me so I could fix it or move on. To add insult to injury, I've been dumped by Lifepoints (coincidental wouldn't you say since I'm owed some money) and yet they are still sending me email requests to do surveys.

Never join this. Wasted your time! I've been a member of lifepoints for 3 years. At first I got lots of surveys and cash out is ok(2-3 months). Then, suddenly I got no surveys at all for almost a year. I complained, they reset my account, I got surveys again for 2-3months, then it happens again. No survey. This cycle happens 3 x. And the last time, last week, my account get banned when I try to cash out my rewards. Overwhelming violation, they said. If I violate then I should be banned when doing surveys and not when cashing out my rewards. I've read through their terms, and don't understand which point I violate. When I asked, it's secret, they said. I feel it is very unfair, if I violate then, why am I just being banned after 3 years? So based on what happened, I think they have no money to pay me out. It's going bankruptcy, because as seen recently, all the surveys I got are similar. And also, many reviews recently also shown the same problem. Another possibility is that, you are only allowed to cash out until certain amount and then you either got no survey or being banned. So, conclusion. Don't waste your time with this site. My 2-3 months effort goes to junk!

I too have had my membership terminated because if " circumvention of our security rules" and "the evidence overwhelming". Points and rewards cancelled. Like other members I have been falsely accused, voucher cancelled with as yet no explanation. This was sudden. I had earned £25 completing surveys in good faith

I have been doing surveys for over 10 years with them. Never a problem until now. I redeem $100 worth of points to PayPal. I now get notified that my account has been closed because they claim I violated their policy. When I read through, nothing. I also sent a request and they claim they can not disclose what I did. So I'm out my time and they refuse to process the redemption

Been using this site for years but then my account was suddenly made inactive. When I enquired about this, I was given no reason but apparently I violated their terms and conditions. I always ensure I complete surveys truthfully so it was very disappointing to lose all my points! Do not use this site and do not waste your time on them!

I was a member of LifePoints for nearly a year then one day couldn't log in. I emailed them only to be told that there was overwhelming evidence that I had violated the terms and conditions. They refuse however to tell me exactly what I have done wrong. Very convenient! Good way to steal peoples earnings from them with no way of refuting this evidence. I think they are struggling financially as they are the worst survey site in terms of waiting time for gift cards and by randomly closing peoples accounts which I can see from this site they do regularly then you can get paid for the information that the members have given but close the accounts to prevent paying out. AVOID THIS SITE!

I have seen a few similar reviews of LifePoints so it does seem it's something this company does on a regular basis. After being a member of this website for years, they suddenly blocked my account and forfeited the points I accumulated over the last year. They did not communicate with me and when I finally got a response from someone, it was very vague and it said I violated T&C and my points were taken away. They are refusing to tell me what T&C I violated and only say the evidence is overwhelming. Having looked at the website, I don't see what T&C I violated and it does look like this company does not have any evidence and it's being dishonest. Frankly it does sound like a scam. It's a shame I have spent a lot of time doing these surveys and they refuse to pay for it inventing a non-existing reason. It sounds like a scam to me and if I don't receive any evidence from them, I will be escalating this further. It seems that they are doing this to a lot of people! Poor customer service on top of that: I was basically told 'Your account has been blocked, points forfeited and have a good day!'. So bad!

Been on the site for a while and all of a sudden my account is blocked. I send several emails with the quation why, but get no response or a respons without an answer in it. They do keep sending the other mails tho and had to block those because no other way to stop. Till this day still NO answer what so ever on the queston why my account is blocked

So I violated their terms in an overwhelming fashion yet they won't tell me what I did. I rarely do the surveys anymore due to time constraints but try to stay active. I am still receiving emails daily from them to come do a survey but my account was terminated. If you terminate an account at least let people know what they did wrong. Accusing without proof sounds like a scam!

I had belonged to this site when it was still my surveys and had no problems before the change. Once I obtained points, suddenly they said I was rushing through a survey and took everything away. After having been a part of this site since before the change, about 10 years, I was shocked that with no further explanation, they took my points and shut down. So many better and reputable ones out there now!

I agree with others I have been a member for a few years and been saving my life points.
I believe I had the equivalent of £40-£45 when my account was terminated for violating their terms! I wouldn't have an issue with this if they would tell me how or when as I don't beliece I have done anything! They simply respond u saying they don't advise what investigations they have carried out or their findings…just the outcome! I suspect there was no investigation they just get rid of a few people with lots of points every now and then! They are happy to take take take but never give back….

I was very happy to begin with I hadn't been doing their surveys long but was quite happy with my progress then without warning my membership was cancelled for so called violating their terms they wouldn't tell me what I had done wrong which in my opinion I didn't do anything to violate their terms. I was very upset so please beware of this..

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
Answer: I never felt this as a scam since I have already recieved my gift cards in a short span of time.
Answer: Typically it may take upto 5 days for the PayPal to transfer the amount to your account. One thing you have to note that the e-mail for the LifePoints account and PayPal account should be the same, which I faced due to which some delay happened to me.
