So every time I seem to just look at something for sale on let-go. I get a response from the seller that yes it's still available. And I see where it sent a message to the seller. But I never touched any buttons to send a reply. This app is rigged. I guarantee that everyone who uses letgo has had this issue.
Lots of people kicking tires and saying "I'm interested" followed by radio silence. As others have suggested, it makes sense that the "people" inquiring about the items are bots seeing if the items are still available.
Overall, I highly don't recommend using letgo and, as others have suggested, would prefer to sell my items on Craigslist
Horrible horrible horrible! Please dont waste your time. Its so bad it should be shut down. Ive never experienced anything like this. Got over 20 inquiries about an item and every single one fell through. Then, got more inquiries about other items I was selling and the same thing. One word: craigslist!
Why do people keep asking if its still available and you tell them yes and you never hear from them. Whats that about? You take the time to upload pics n write a description with a fair price and all you get are emails asking if its available or they really want it but dont follow up. Very annoying.
Waste of time. You put something on there much lower then you know its worth and yet people will still try to talk you down to sell it for half of what youre asking which is basically giving it away and then they want you to meet them somewhere where it is convenient for them or take it to them. You get a lot of people interested but nobody shows. I tried to purchase something from somebody and was very kind letting him know that I could pick up the very next day at a time that would be convenient for him. He said noon so the next day at 10 till noon I texted him back to ask for an address just to find out that he had blocked me. His name is Anthony and lives in the Santos area. Why he blocked me when I was very kind and just asking for an address not even asking to meet. I was going to go to his place to pick it up and the dude blocked me! Guess he didnt want to sell his stuff that bad. Anyway let go has been a total letdown and I have taken most of my stuff off of there and sold it elsewhere or taking it to Goodwill
Yep, it's true. Try giving away an item for free on this app and there'll be interests but nobody every comes by to pick up the item. You're better of putting the free item on the side of the street and it'll get picked up a lot faster than working through the useless LETGO app. So far I've given away several free items to one legit user who was a decent person.
Can't say enough bad things about this app and the developers. They're constantly editing and deleting EVERY post you make and finding reasons to annoy you.

This app is horrible. I wish I would have found this site and read the reviews before I wasted my time posting. I get so many people asking if something is still available and then once I respond, never a word is said again. How do you deal with these chatters? I did sell 2 things but nothing else. Not worth you time and efforts.
DO NOT USE Let GO, the company is a joke. They have created bots to show false interest in your items so you will not go to Offer up or another APP... It is the biggest joke ever, I have been posting for 2 weeks, multiple items, and every person who sends me a chat says the same thing which is "I'm Interested", no matter what you say to reply it goes no where. It is impossible for 32 people to do the exact same thing, SO BOTS, STAY AWAY
No real buyers, just automated messages, you will receive after posting an item. No body gonna buy**** Guaranteed***. Stay away from this app.
Took me a week to realize there cant be so many "flakes" in such a short period of time and I'm talking about a FREE item. They reply to you,,,, a lot,,,, saying they are still interested, making appointments and never showing up etc...,,, most scary part is that I gave my address to these bots/scammers.The last one even texted me to say he was leaving, on his way to my house,,,,, never showed up. Surprise surprise.

I did have 2 legit encourters. One to pic up a free item and the second I was the buyer. Still not worth it
Countless messages in the wee hours of the morning - "I'm interested" - "Is it still available?" - "Is the price negotiable?".
I have replied to each and every one of these. "Still available - let me know if you have any questions" - "Thanks for your interest - let me know if you need more info" - "Price is somewhat negotiable, but not much".
I'm not sure if these so-called "messages" are legit - after reading the other reviews here, I'm thinking they could be some sort of automated response. If the messages are legit, then I'm thinking that this might be a version of how someone might go about giving a "Like" to my sales ad.
I could not care less whether or not someone likes my sales ad. All I want to do is sell the item or items listed. I'm not interested in any response that goes in any direction other than one that leads toward the possible sale of my merchandise. I don't get all of this type crap from Craigslist, although I have had to deal with a couple of scammers from there.
NEVER AGAIN will I consider using letgo, for any reason.

The ease of this AP was ok... its when you post your ad you will get an automatic
Interest response always within 3 minutes, on any item. Asking generic questions.
I seriously think there is an automated computer robot or Letgo employees creating
Interest on your item that never goes anywhere except waste your time.
I also have had multiple last minute appt. Cancellations. I sold 1 item on Letgo
By luck... do yourself a favor stay away from this site.
The app sucks, if you put a stock photo they stop your ad. Also the PC version is horrible. It does not show all your items you sell and you cannot stop notifications. If you search for something they automatically put your search on the notification list and they start sending you message about other items that you previously searched for and you cannot stop the notifications. Awful app.
I AGREE WITH THE REST OF THE BAD REVIEWS, THIS SITE IS A WASTE OF TIME & THE INTERESTED BUYERS SEEM TO WASTE YOUR TIME ALSO. I had an appointment with someone who said she wanted to buy my item today. I told her that I was at the place where we agreed to meet and on time but she didn't show up. I was attempting to give her my phone number when she blocked my message. Won't make that mistake again. This should not be a reflection on Let go but a warning to the kind of people you may encounter.
I have listed quite a few items on letgo and never sold a thing. I get a lot of people low balling me and insulting me. People saying they are going to buy something and never showing up. I find it a wast of time.
The website is so badly designed I am infuriated and frustrated trying to list a car for sale... Repeatedly trying to correct. It won't let me do it... It keeps saying I am in Roswell GA while I live in Orlando... I keep trying to change it... cannot find my page of listings so I can manage them... won't let me write my ad the way I want to... aggravating in many other ways...!
Since i started with let go ive had many inquiry's and even an offer which i accepted. Problem is my replies are not getting back to any inquiryees! Nobody responds back even when i ask if they are getting my messages. Then when i add offerup and facebook market place as other sites where my replies do get to them, they (letgo) terminate that product. I have now deleted everything on it as its a waste of time advertising when buyers cannot get the sellers message.
I try for several time to sell things on letgo.
People are rude and wanting to get your items for northing.if you. Asked 150.00 they offer you 50.00. Other site I don't have this lssues calling you a $#*! when you don't take their offer.
