I placed the order, they sent me a box. I put my frames in the box, they sent it back. I can see good, and I look mad drippy.

Ordered lenses for the Razer Smart Glasses, which are simple removable lens frames to begin with. Lensabl is the official partner that was collaborating was Razer so I don't see why I needed to ship my frames at cost internationally to Lensabl. On top of that, frames were broken and timelines were sporadic as with communications.
I've gotten replacement lenses for my Bose Smart glasses in the past and sending in the frames were never needed from competitors.
They did rectify the situation, but the whole ordeal was a mess from start to finish. I ordered in August and only got my frames back in November.

One of three pairs were lensed improperly, and I spent two weeks chatting with Zendesk bots to resolve. Lensabl made silly requests, like send us a photo of the sunglasses you can't see out of. Many useless chats before agreeing to send me a box to get them re-lensed.

My glasses took nearly over a month but the waiting time was worth it, soon as the glasses were finished, I've received my order within less than 10 days. Was not expecting my order to come in less than 2 weeks but I'm overall happy with not only the shipping time, but also the quality and feel of my frames. Definitely got my money's worth for sure.

Constant delays, excuses, and blaming everything on their "high quality standards." I've paid over $300 for a set of lenses, they have my expensive frames in-house that I had to mail them for installation, they've exhausted my insurance benefits for the year with this transaction being processed, and still after a month since payment, I have no product and only a list of excuses from them.
They've restarted production on my lenses 3 separate times now because of their "high quality standards." Yet, the customer, is paying the price for these delays. What's really behind the slow production over there? You can't have a successful business that has to make something 3 times for each customer.
I've spent much more time than I'd like to admit, just trying to get answers from them. Its as if the CS agents are reading from an excuse script each time I reach out. The timelines they give me continue to get shorter, yet the production continues to require restarting after quality inspection.
Unfortunately, my scenario is not unique. After my frustration started, I found dozens of reviews online detailing the exact same runaround from Lensabl with delays. I will not recommend Lensabl to my worst enemy, and I will find as many places that I can to share this terrible experience to warn others.
Sitejabber asks for pictures, but since I don't have a product yet, all I can upload is my record of communications and all the time I've spent just trying to get truthful answers from Lensabl. Maybe it will lighten your day or possibly prevent you from falling for the trap that I did with Lensabl.

We had some issues with the correct prescription numbers. The mistake should have been discovered by comparing the doctors prescription to what was entered into the boxes on the site. The time from when the frame is received to the finished product is unacceptable.

12/28/2022 I ordered new bifocal lenses but you sent them with lines! I couldn't see out of them and had to go somewhere local and pay way more again for new lenses. A total waste!

All Lensabl had to do was REPLACE existing lenses that I had cracked. SAME prescription. A SIMPLE request. Couldn't do it. When I finally got my glasses back after 6 weeks and several follow-ups, they were useless - couldn't see out of them.

Waited a month for single vision lens. The status was inaccurate stating the glasses had arrived at the lab and they were "working on them." BS, my wife just ordered glasses from Costco on Saturday and they were ready for pick up on Tuesday. Lensabl takes one month. When the glasses I had ordered arrived they were finished poorly with the coating sticking to the wrapping. Just an overall poor experience and now I know where not to go in the future. Tricked by a good looking website for a service of a lesser quality.

I'm disappointed. I sent my prescription sunglasses to have the old lenses replaced only. What I received was a pair of sunglasses that were very crooked because the frame had also been changed out and the side piece that connects to the temple was drastically angled down on one side. The temples were not aligned and the frame was smaller than my original. I was able to manipulate the temples enough to straighten the fit on my face (for the most part), but that does not correct the smaller frame size. Also, this replacement frame (which I did not ask for) is a brighter gold and much lighter weight. It does not feel like the quality is as good as my original Ralph Lauren frame. After spending over $200, I am a bit disappointed. On the positive side, I received them within 2 weeks and the lenses seem to be as good as I had hoped. Good clarity, prescription is correct, and the tint is great.

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
