I recently purchased a pair of lenses from your company. While the shipping process was smooth and efficient, I'm not entirely satisfied with the final product. I have worn glasses for many years, but these lenses don't seem to be working well for me.

Specifically, it feels like the lenses might not have been cut correctly, or perhaps the focal point isn't in the right spot. They don't seem to match the comfort and clarity of my previous pairs of glasses.

Their service was very good. My new lenses are just what I ordered. A bit pricey though.

The whole ordering process was easy. The lab made sure to get my measurements exact before making the lenses and they came out perfect. I'll be a repeat customer.

The lenses were lighter than what I ordered and had lens codes etched into the lenses

I waited two weeks and contacted your company. There was no response about why lab had not finished my glasses. Finally at about 4 weeks after I ordered glasses, the lab said they could not do my prescription in the glass I had ordered. I was compensated $80…. Finally received glasses more than 5 weeks after I ordered them…

The site gave clear, easy to follow directions to finalize and order my prescription sunglasses..

I have replaced 4 lenses in my frames and they did a great job. They are the only company I would ever order from.

I had some Oakley frames that were in great shape but needed updated Rx lenses made. My local lens makers were reluctant to work with curved (sport) frames such as the Oakleys. I tried Lensabl and got great results. I also received personal response when my frames were received in their shop asking me some particulars for the Rx to be just right. They were very helpful and accommodating for my needs.

If you've thrown in lenscleaner and cloth given the long wait period. But the sunglasses are very good.

I placed an order for replacement lenses and the entire process was very easy. The lenses are transitions with a flash mirror and they are well made and look great. I paid the extra $10 for overnight UPS shipping both ways and it was well worth it as the entire process ended up taking just about 2 weeks. I used a 20% off coupon so it was a great deal - they then had a 25% coupon so I ended up ordering another pair with a different color flash mirror. Highly recommend lensabl for replacement lenses to fit in frames you already have.

I ordered lens replacements and am very happy with the quality and price. They were returned with a cute little triangular case that folds flat when not in use. These are my second set of lens replacements. My only dissatisfaction is the time. The website says you will receive your completed order in about two weeks. On both orders, two weeks elapsed. When I sent an inquiry, it seemed to prompt them to finish the order and I received them a few days later. Despite this, I do plan to place a third order, but at least I will know not to expect it back within two weeks.

I am so pleased with my new glasses and new lenses purchased from lensable.com. It felt great putting them on for the first time, and seeing everything crystal clear.
