My experience with Lensable.com was excellent. I went to the website and chose the options I wanted for my lense replacements on my designer frames, upload a picture of my prescription, print the provided lable, slap it on a box and mail it. They relived any concerns I had an it was quick, easy and inexpensive. Most of all, " I can see clearly now ".

The glasses were exceptionally processed with care and professionalism. My wife recently had prescription glasses done at Boomerang, the packaging and final product were not as good as yours. Your packaging is outstanding. Good luck in the future. One suggestion, processing updates would be great.

My experience has been great overall. I had to communicate with Lensabl because misunderstood that they would send a box for shipping. They responded quickly and politely in pointing out I had selected the option, which had me printing out a shipping label they sent to me and I would provide the box. I think this is actually a default option, but I should have realized it to begin with. They also gave me the option, in their communication with me, to send me a box if I wanted.
As for the end result of the product - I'm quite happy.
So easy to enter my prescription, and order the new lenses. Box to ship my old glasses received, sent and returned very seamlessly. The new lenses were perfect.

I had a few challenges, but I was coached through each one. My glasses are so great but I'm obsessed with customer service. People who go the extra mile for you. First it took them around 3 weeks to get my glasses back to me, considering the fact that I tried saving time by printing the shipping label and ship it myself. Second I had shipped my sunglasses to them in the original case which was not shipped back, instead it came in a Lensabl case. Overall I expected a lot more from them based on the reviews and that they are a bit pricey compared to others. Besides that the sunglasses look really good and the lenses are high quality.

I am delighted with the result of my lens replacement order. I broke my glasses in the Spring, and had to quickly get lenses put in some old frames by my eye doctor. That was fine, but expensive. I really wanted a back up pair and had other glasses I liked but needed new lenses. I wear progressive lenses so it's an expensive prescription to replace and I wanted to see if I could do it more affordably. I searched, found Lensabl as highly rated and went ahead with the order. The process was easy, the cost was less than half of going through my doctor, and the glasses work great. Thank you!
I had an expensive frame from MOSCOT in NYC. The glasses got scratched. Lensabl replaced them with new lenses using the original frames. And these Progressive lenses are far superior to the originals installed by MOSCOT. And much less expensive!
Everything was great, except for the turn around time from when you place an order. Site says 6 days after order is received, but mine to 14 and there were no updates in the interim. Otherwise, a great place for those of us who cant spent $900 a year on new glasses

I forgot to included the lenses with my sunglass frames and they notified me right away and sent me a second shipping label. Furthermore, I accidentally included a personal item in the shipment of my demo lenses to Lensabl and they sent it back to me! I would like to thank Jayme for the excellent communication and performance. I do not actually have my sunglasses back yet but the service has been great so far.
Shipped two frames so new lenses could be installed. One regular pair and one pair of sunglasses. I really liked the frames and they were in great shape. Went on line, followed the instructions and whalla, my glasses arrived in about four weeks from start to finish. That is the only negative. I am happy about the quality of the lenses. I also liked, I could keep my old frames.
