Everyone on the team is dedicated to one thing only, your satisfaction with our service. Give us a try, you’ll be glad you did!
The company has garnered a reputation for competitive pricing and a user-friendly ordering process, with many customers appreciating the wide selection of contact lenses and efficient customer service. Positive experiences often highlight prompt assistance in correcting orders and addressing prescription issues. However, concerns arise regarding hidden fees during checkout, shipping delays, and occasional inaccuracies in fulfilling prescriptions. While many customers express satisfaction with the overall service, the lack of transparency in pricing and the need for improved communication regarding order changes are common areas for improvement.

I received my order on time and everything was exactly as expected. Great service, thank you!
The only thing that could get better is the delivery time, because it was delayed and a little bit slow overall. But other than that, great service. Would definitely buy here again.
I'm really happy with these lenses. It took about a week for them to arrive.
If you thoroughly clean them and soak them overnight they're comfortable for eight hours or so.
The ordering was very simple but the delivery took much longer than expected
Overall it is very good. I have ordered several times from you. Plan ahead because it can take a while before the order is shipped and delivered.
I selected Lens.com because of the lower price once the rebate kicks in. But getting the rebate is a hassle. You have to print out a form. Cut off barcodes from the boxes. Then mail it in an envelope they do not provide, with stamps you have to buy. I am now waiting (patiently?) for my VISA card to show up in the mail.
Printing, buying stamps & envelopes, getting to the Post Office---these are obstacles for ordinary working people. Many folks don't have access to printers. Who has time to get to the post office?
The system is rigged to make sure that busy, poor, working people are too distracted to take advantage of the rebate. It's unfair. It's bad business. It's sloppy.
In today's digital age, why are these steps necessary? The rebate should be a simple email you receive or an online form. Better yet: just charge less in the first place.
Pros: My lenses arrived in a timely manner. (I have not yet used any of the lenses because I'm still using some from an earlier order from a different company--so I can't speak to their quality. I assume they are fine.)
I ordered four boxes of contacts. I received three. The shipping notice in the box that it was for I ordered three. I went back and checked my email after my purchase and it clearly showed four boxes. I called customer support they said I only ordered three boxes. I had to go through the hassle of returning the three and then ordering the four not sure I'll go with them again
They even called to confirm my prescriptions which are very strong. Got it right and my lens are excellent! Highly recommend Lens.com
I placed my order in anticipation, only to discover that I have to cut up every single box of contacts I received in order to get the rebate.
I had to change and I mail my prescription and it took all day after I did it for them to confirm shipment and had to talk to 2 different people to get it done
I am not pleased as it took way too long for my order. Took over 2 months before I received my order. They say it should take a few days and even if they don't have them in stock it only takes a few extra days. They kept promising that they were "coming from the warehouse" cause they "don't stock my strength" but then kept pushing back the date. And they charged me when I placed the order. I used my HSA and unfortunately had recently changed insurance so I had a new card number soon after the order. Otherwise I would have cancelled and ordered from someone else and wouldn't have had to wait 2 months.

I ordered two boxes of contacts. Nowhere on the details page, check out, etc. did it say that they were not in stock and they would have to order them. It took my contacts almost a month to get here. I don't think I can ever order from yall again.

My eye doctor sent me the wrong prescription, so Lens.com sent me what was ordered (but it took MUCH longer than promised). But, in preparing to get the $200 rebate, I cut the proof of purchase off one box and then realized it was the wrong strength. Lens.com would not take that box back so I'm stuck with 90 contacts, but I did get the other boxes refunded. I ended up buying the new contacts with the correct prescription from a different company.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
Answer: Apparently and unfortunately yes. Will not be using lens.com again as well due to this
Answer: Isabel, I'd be happy to answer that for you. Yes, the contacts are legit. We sale the same lenses that you would receive from the eye care profesisonal. If you need any assistance placing an order please contact us at 18005367266. Thank you, Helen Manager Lens.com.
